Dream four star holiday home in the winter & summer holiday paradise of Garmisch – Partenkirchen.

Built in 2002 using only the finest quality wood available, and newly renovated and furnished in 2013, 'Holiday House Hintermair', provides the perfect holiday home starting point from which to savour the all year round holiday paradise of Garmisch-Partenkirchen.

Comprising of two floors covering an area of 110 mtr² your holiday home includes an “all mod cons” kitchen complete with ceramic hob, oven, fridge / freezer, coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher blender, egg cooker, microwave and a variety of knives and utensils, two guest bathrooms with shower (one with bath tub), two large bedrooms with 190 X 200 double beds, reading lamps, bedside tables and wardrobe , spacious living room with separate dining area - all with wonderful view of a large, private garden and balcony from which to enjoy the spectacular views.

Flat screen TV, 3D Blu-ray DVD player, XBox 360 game console Cable TV, SKY TV, free high-speed WLAN internet, IPod docking station, stereo system and much, much more means you will have the perfect starting point for your holiday, be it to enjoy the breathtaking Alpine scenery whilst hiking or cycling through the stunning surrounding nature, taking advantage of the world class ski and snowboarding facilities during the magical winter months or simply to rest, relax and spend a few idyllic days forgetting the stress of daily life.

Once upon a dream!

This charming holiday apartment really was a dream come true! I had spent months researching a place to stay in Garmisch and decided on the Holiday Home Hintermair. We were not disappointed! It was everything we had hoped for and so much more! My husband and I spent a month here and from the moment we stepped inside, it felt like home! We were warmly greeted by David and Gina. They showed us around and instructed us how to use the tv, dishwasher and washing machine. They had wine and chocolates waiting for us which was so sweet of them! Honestly, you couldn't ask for nicer hosts! They were there if you needed them, but also gave you your privacy. The aparment made you feel like you were in a German fairy tale, but with all the modern conveniences! It was very clean, very comfortable and very quiet! We loved the cute kitchen, the private backyard and the views were absolutely stunning! Just perfect and adorable! The location was ideal, close to a pretty river walk, a bakery, many good restaurants and town was an easy 20 minute walk away. We loved EVERYTHING about it!!! You will too! We could not think of one negative! It's that nice! Thank you David and Regina for opening your home to us and for all the kindness you showed us!

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Schöne Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage, nächste Bushaltestelle ca. 5 Minuten entfernt. Ich habe in der Woche mein Auto nicht benötigt. Die Ausstattung aus meiner Sicht perfekt, es gibt sogar eine Waschmaschine in der Ferienwohnung.

In jedem Fall weiter zu empfehlen

Wir können das Ferienhaus Hintermaier uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen. Es ist sehr gemütlich, super sauber und die Ausstattung ist top. Alles war vorhanden und noch mehr, gerade auch in der Küche aber auch z.B. kuschelige Handtücher und Verbrauchsmaterialien wie Seife, Shampoo in den Bädern. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Zu erwähnen ist sicher auch noch das Entertainmentprogramm wie Netflix, Sky und Disney+ was auch bei schlechtem Wetter oder Abends mal die Zeit vertreibt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!

Ein schönes Haus an einem wunderbaren Ort.

Wir hatten in diesem Haus eine wunderschöne Woche. Unsere Vermieter waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Haus hatte alles um sich wohl zu fühlen. Garmisch ist ein Ort mit vielen Möglichkeiten. Die Gegend um Garmisch herum lässt keine Wünsche offen. Also kann man sagen, unser Urlaub waren rundherum gelungen.

Perfektes Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus war genauso wie beschrieben. Sehr gemütlich, sauber und perfekt eingerichtet. Die Lage ist super. Schön ruhig, trotzdem alles gut zu Fuß oder mit dem Bus zu erreichen. Obwohl unsere Gastgeber zu der Zeit selbst in Urlaub waren, hatten wir sehr netten, unkomplizierten Kontakt (telefonisch). Einchecken und Auschecken hat ohne Probleme geklappt. Das einzig Negative an unserem Urlaub war, dass er nur eine Woche ging. Wir haben uns absolut wohl gefühlt!! Vielen Dank!!

Perfekt für Wanderurlaub und Erholung

Wir haben unsere Woche im Ferienhaus Hintermair sehr genossen. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was das Herz begehrt. Die Lage ist toll: ruhig, aber trotzdem gut angebunden und mit schönem Blick auf Waxenstein und Zugspitze. Wir sind ohne Auto gereist. Supermärkte, Restaurants, Bushaltestelle und Fahrradverleih - alles ist fußläufig schnell erreichbar. Und nach anstrengenden Wanderungen sind Garten und Terrasse der perfekte Ort, um sich zu entspannen und zu erholen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen.

Haus zum Rundumwohlfühlen

Wir wurden von den überaus freundlichen Besitzern begrüßt, die ihr schönes Holzhaus mit allem ausgestattet haben, das man sich in einem Ferienhaus wünscht (eine so gute Küchenausstattung findet sich selten). Die Lage ist optimal - ruhig, Bäcker und Metzger sind fußläufig erreichbar und zum Zentrum gelangt man zu Fuß oder per Fahrrad ebenfalls schnell. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und haben einen erholsamen, schönen Urlaub genossen.

Traumhaus mit grandiosem Zugspitzblick

Wir haben 2 tolle Wochen in einem wunderschönen Haus im alpenländischen Stil mit großem, eigenen Garten verbracht. Ein Highlight ist der grandiose Blick auf das Zugspitzmassiv. Ruhige Lage, Bäcker und Metzger sowie das Wandergebiet Kramer sind fußläufig erreichbar. Das Ehepaar Hintermair ist sehr nett und bei Fragen immer hilfreich. Wir würden das Objekt jederzeit wieder buchen.

Traumhaus aus Holz- nahe Eibsee

Dieses Ferienhaus ist ein Traum! Nicht nur, weil es sehr schön und komplett aus Holz gebaut ist und man vom Garten, der Terrasse und dem (riesigen) Balkon im Obergeschoss aus einen herrlichen Ausblick hat- man schaut direkt auf die Berge zwischen Alpspitze und Zugspitze! Es ist auch perfekt ausgestattet und wir haben es blitzsauber übernommen. Es liegt ruhig und es fehlt an nichts, von der Waschmaschine, über bequeme Betten, große Schränke, perfekte Küchenausstattung, schöne Bäder, viel Platz, eigener Garten,...etc. Auch unsere Kinder (5 und 9) haben das sehr genossen. Unser Großer hat beeindruckt festgestellt, dass es sogar eine XBox gibt! Die Gastgeber sind sehr herzlich und großzügig und wir haben uns sehr sehr wohlgefühlt und sehr gut erholt. Durch die Lage am westlichen Ende von Garmisch - Partenkirchen ist man sehr schnell am wunderschönen Eibsee und im Zugspitzgebiet. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
