My Wife & I Built This Dream Home in 2019! Time Square 43 Miles Away! In heart of Stamford, our beautiful 4 Bedroom & 3 Bathroom cozy modern home is perfect to entertain a large family/group of friends. Enjoy fire pit in back patio w/epic seating area & a vintage celebrity vibe decor throughout. Downstairs playroom next to kids room. Escape to our Getaway Home. Sleeps 10! 8 beds, 4 bedrooms, Open Concept livingroom/dining space seats 9, outdoor seating area with fire pit. 2-1/2 Bathrooms.

West Beach 15 mins away + Babcock Perserves Trails 15 min. 6 Car Parking. No Parties.

Additional Charges (OPTIONAL):
HOT TUB CHARGE::: there is an extra $250 charge for hot tub usage. This is to set up and clean the hot tub after you leave due to new Covid cleaning protocol. To reserve please let us know 14 days in advance and payment to be made via Ven mo, cash app, or zell.

PET FEE CHARGE: there is an extra $250 charge for a dog. All pets requests must go through us for approval as we will only allow potty-trained dogs, that do not shed.

Great CT getaway but still close to downtown Stamford

Great location if you want quiet in the woods but also very close to downtown Stamford and all the activities around Greenwich etc. Enjoyed our stay very much and incredibly thoughtful and gracious hosts. I bugged them about a lot of stuff and felt bad!

Some TLC needed

The host communicated well with us and overall we had a good stay but there are a few things that prevent this place from being a 5 star review: 1) one of the toilets had been used when we arrived but not flushed. When we went to flush it, water sprayed from the back and we noticed it was completely disconnected from the ground. We were told they would fix it after we left, but we did expect there to be an offer to fix it sooner since it was immediately upon our 3 night check-in and being down a toilet can be a bit stressful. 2) all furniture and bedding comforters are sprayed down with febreeze which is very strong smelling and got on our clothing. The bedding should perhaps be cleaned instead of febreezed and maybe it is, but it doesn't smell fresh at least due to the febreeze. 3) the listing indicates there is a carbon monoxide detector but there didnt seem to be a working one when we arrived. We found one without batteries on top of the washer and found batteries from one of the games in the basement to use and that worked OK. I suggest the older style smoke detectors upstairs are replaced with dual smoke/carbon monoxide. 4) There is a big push in all the host instructions to only review if giving 5 stars and only providing constructive feedback in the private comments, but a certain amount of this could lead to guests not getting the full picture of their potential stay.

My friends and I had a great time here. The home is so cozy and has everything you could possibly need. Everything was clean and offered many fun things to do like play board games or enjoy their outdoor patio. I will definitely be coming back if I get the chance!

Great place for us to stay for a nearby family wedding

We didn't spend a lot of time at the property, but it was perfect for our needs - a place for us and other family members to stay during a weekend family wedding celebration at another relative's house not far away. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and updated, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, there was plenty of seating in the living room, and there were plenty of extra pillows and bedding. The only problem we had was finding the driveway in the dark (we arrived late, after the wedding celebrations), because the GPS told us the house was on the left side of the road when it was actually on our right! We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful comfortable spot!

My family and I stayed at Joydev’s home over a June weekend to attend a friend’s wedding at the nearby Rodger Sherman Inn. We were 6 adults and 3 children and it was a perfect fit for our needs. Great kitchen and an open living room lay out so we could all watch the kids play. We spent some time on the back deck and enjoyed the wooded scenery. Everyone said their beds were comfortable. Each couple having their own bathroom was really nice. We stocked up on groceries at Trader Joe’s nearby and had a few meals at the nice long table. There was a pack n play and also a baby tub in the primary bedroom closet. Joydev was a wonderful host, all communication was excellent when we had some extra questions. Check in and out were both very smooth. We really appreciated having a comfortable place to relax when not at the wedding festivities. I highly recommend this home for anyone needing a place to stay in this area.

We had a pleasant stay with 9 adults. I wouldn't have wanted any more adults to remain comfortable. We had a issue with the TV's not working and it was handled in a reasonable time. Also the outlet in the main bathroom wasn't working. It's got a nice play area for children. The outside space could have been cleaned better. (The deck and the furniture on the deck). We were disappointed that there was an upcharge for using the hot tub. Other than that, it was cleaned and well stocked with the essentials. I'd stay here again.

Convenient Location - Quiet Spot

Overall the property is a decent place to stay when you are in Stamford. A convenient location to the Merritt Parkway and quick access to downtown but far enough away to be quiet. Must visit the Lakeside Diner for donuts just down the road. The photos are a bit deceiving and outdated. The house is cluttered. There is now too much furniture in the living room and it feels a bit messy. The cabinets were disorganized and had too much of other peoples foods left in them. We had 6 people there and it was comfortable but any more would be crowded especially with bathroom usage. The photos make it look very pretty but the home still needs some TLC. There is a small lake of sorts in the front which is standing water. The basement area for kids is fun to play but we did not use it for sleeping.

Amazing house & property! You can really Make the most out of your stay with all it has to offer with the game room downstairs, hot tub and back deck outside. Plenty of parking and beds to sleep in! Kitchen is stocked with plateware and cleaning supplies. Fantastic weekend.

Worked for our needs

This property fit our needs for the size of group we ended up having…5 adults and one toddler. We had originally thought we would have 9 adults and 4 children, as the listing said 9 beds and sleeps 13…but good thing some of our group couldn’t go since there were only 5 beds (3 double, two twin) and two couches (not sure if couches folded out)…we would have been very cramped if our whole group had been able to come. Also, note the indoor fireplace is not usable…this detail was not in the listing. Lastly, the listing says house was built in 2019. This is clearly a house built way before 2019…albeit some nice upgrades. We enjoyed our time here… the house was comfortable, and clean. Having the large TV was nice…and TVs in all bedrooms was a nice bonus. The open plan kitchen and living room was perfect for hanging out/cooking. The game room was fun, especially the basketball! Communication with owners was great..very responsive. Neighborhood is super charming, and location is great. Highly recommend a visit to nearby Grace Farms. Would recommend overall.

Perfect for families!

I reserved this property for a week-long vacation with my extended family. The home was comfortable, clean, and very conveniently located. The property manager was timely and accurate with replies to my inquiries. I could tell that they were going out of their way to make sure my family had everything we needed for the best stay possible. Would highly recommend this home!!
