Raiatea, the sacred island, is known as the cradle of the Maori civilization in the Pacific Ocean, from New Zealand to Hawaii. The island will impress you as soon as you arrive on these lands, by its landscapes and its lagoon but especially by the powerful energies which emanate from it, called here "the Mana". You will have the privilege to visit two islands at the same time since Tahaa, its neighbor, shares the same lagoon and will allow you to get there in only 30min by boat!The Tenape studio, close to the airport, is a 30m2 air-conditioned accommodation for 2 people, located above a pharmacy and close to hotels, snack bars and caravans. It is a simple and uncluttered studio that will allow you to reach the lagoon which is located behind the pharmacy at only 5min walk. You will find in the main room a Queen-Size bed overlooking an open kitchen and dining room. The kitchen area is equipped with a refrigerator, two hotplates, a microwave, a kettle and a coffee maker, and all the necessary utensils to prepare a good meal. A table with chairs is installed for the tasting of these.The bathroom has a large shower and a sink while the toilet is independent at the entrance of the studio.A washing machine is at your disposal as well as clotheslines to dry your clothes. Enjoy this must-see destination in Polynesia, meet the great spirits and discover the legends about the gods and the creation of the islands. Visit the botanical garden, Marae Taputapuātea, a sacred place of worship, the largest in Polynesia.
