Walking paths from the house 300 m, gondola lift 14 km, ski rental 14 km, ski bus stop 350 m, ski school 14 km, cross country ski track 8 km, children's playground 900 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: St Anton am Arlberg 14 km, Ischgl 25 km, Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis 27 km. Free ski bus service to the ski region St. Anton. Ideal accommodation for lovers of skiing and hiking wishing to explore several areas. The owner also speaks Dutch. Grill is available only in summer!

Super schönes Ferienhaus

Wir waren zu 7. für ein verlängertes Wochenende dort und es war absolut traumhaft. Das Haus ist wunderschön und die Besitzer sehr nett. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und die Küche ist ausreichend ausgestattet. Der Bach vor dem Haus ist sehr beruhigend und direkt vom Haus kann man wunderbare Wanderungen starten. Ein absolut tolles und gelungenes Wochenende.

Perfekter Familienurlaub in Tirol

Die Ferienwohnung bietet alles, was man braucht - die Küche ist super ausgestattet, zwei tolle Bäder, Schlafmöglichkeiten für bis zu 9 Personen (waren 6 Personen). Sehr modern. Super nette Vermieter. Lage direkt an der Straße und damit gut angebunden. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen in der Umgebung. Wir waren im Sommer hier und fanden viele Ausflugsziele. Der Bach rauscht herrlich auf der anderen Hausseite entlang. Sogar mit tollem Brötchenservice jeden Tag. Uns hat es sehr gefallen.

Hoher Wohlfühlfaktor

Im diesem liebevoll eingerichteten Ferienhaus beginnt der Urlaub direkt. 2 Außensitzplätze lassen zwischen Sonne und Schatten wählen, die Aussichten sind fantastisch- wir haben jede Chance genutzt, um draußen zu essen. Innen findet man alles, was man benötigt- selbst an ausgefallenere Dinge wie Knoblauchpresse oder Kugelschreiber hat man gedacht. Die Vermieter regeln jede Anfrage zügig, unaufdringlich und sehr freundlich. Das Haus liegt an einer Straße- was aber überhaupt nicht stört.

Schönes Ferienhaus, alles vorhanden

Wir waren zu 7 (4 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder) zum Skifahren. Das Ferienhaus hatte alles was man erwarten könnte, Fernseher, W-Lan, Brötchenservice (u.a. sehr guter Zopf), 2 Badezimmer, Unterlagen für Restaurants, Busticket, eine sehr gut eingerichtete Küche mit Spühlmaschine. Es ist alles sauber und gepflegt. Sicherlich wäre es für eine Wanderurlaub im Sommer auch gut geeignet. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.

Für den Winterurlaub gut geeignetes Objekt

Geräumiges, sauberes Ferienhaus. Küche gut eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Lage in einer engen Schlucht. Unkomplizierte Übergabe und Abnahme durch Vermieter. Atmosphäre durch Fußbodenheizung angenehm. Fehlende Lichtblenden an den Fenstern: Ist im Winter o.k., im Sommer etwas problematisch. Guter Anschluss an das Skigebiet St Anton durch inkludiertes Ticket für die Postbuslinie Landeck-St. Anton (der Bus sollte am Nachmittag besser öfters als 1 x /Stunde fahren.. Dies liegt jedoch nicht in der Verantworung des Vermieters).

Tolle Lage, freundliche Vermieter

Wir haben eine abgelegene Wohnung zum wandern gesucht und genau das gefunden. Die Ferienwohnung liegt direkt am Bach zwischen zwei Bergen. Abends das plätschern genießen, tagsüber vor der Haustür los wandern. Perfekt! Auch das Haus an sich war schön groß, modern und warm. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und auch hilfsbereit, bei allen Fragen. Wir sind rundum zufrieden und können es nur empfehlen :)

Traumhafte Gegend, unkomplizierte und sehr freundliche Vermieter!

Wir waren zum wandern dort und man kann direkt vor der Haustür starten. Der Bach und die Berge vor der Tür waren genau das was wir gesucht hatten. Auch das Ferienhaus war perfekt. Sehr sauber, groß, gut ausgestattet und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und alles hat ohne Probleme funktioniert. Wir sind rund um zufrieden und können dieses Ferienhaus nur empfehlen! :)

Sehr schönes, gemütliches Häusschen

Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und es ist an alles gedacht, wie z.B. Seife und Toilettenpapier im Bad. In der Küche fehlte es an nichts, selbst Salz, Pfeffer, Zucker, Mülltüten, Tee und Kaffee war vorhanden. Es war sehr sauber und die Dusch- und Handtücher rochen frisch und waren ebenfalls sauber. Vom Grundstück aus sind sogar zwei Wasserfälle sichtbar und der Fluss ist einfach nur schön (aber auch laut - man gewöhnt sich aber schnell) Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich.
