The accommodation is in a 17th century building.
"La Bastide", 3-room house 70 m2 on 2 levels. Practical and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with 1 double sofabed, open-hearth fireplace, cable TV and DVD. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds, 1 french bed and shower/WC. 1 room with 1 french bed and bath/WC. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking at the house. Please note: 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm.

Our stay

We really enjoyed our stay at the house. There was a lot of space in the living/eating area, two bedrooms with each an own bathroom and a seperate toilet. Our children were already old enough, but when going with little ones and early walkers the staircase could be a challenge.The bath- and bedrooms were very clean, the kitchen full equiped and the fireplace was also working very well. You can reach a lot of wonderful cities/touristic sites without sitting hours in the car. The village itself doesn't offer too much (there is one highclass restaurant and a school).We do have some things for improvement:The heating in one of the bathrooms was not working. There was no regulator for setting up the temperature. There is really only space for one car in front of the house. Other cars must be parked at the church.For the rest we felt very comfortable there.

Zeer rustige. gezellige woning .

Zeer gezellig, typisch ardeens rustig dorpje. In de buurt vind je alles, slager, bakker, colruyt enz. Deze hebben topkwaliteit. Woning zelf zeer goed onderhouden. Alles is aanwezig. Het enige dat er voor ons ontbrak was een extra braadpan maar dat schrijf ik om het gewoon te laten weten.

Schöne Auszeit in ruhigem Dorf

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in dem schönen, alten Haus inmitten eines kleinen und ruhigen Dorfes. Der Besitzer war sehr hilfsbereit, Checkin und Checkout war sehr unkompliziert. Wir haben die Ruhe über Silvester sehr genossen und viel Zeit in dem gemütlichen Haus mit wundervollem Kamin verbracht. Zimmer und Bäder waren sauber und unser Hund hat sich auch sehr wohlgefühlt. Wir können das Haus sehr weiterempfehlen.

Prettig verblijf

VRIENDELIJKE ONTVANGST. Goede rustige ligging. Moeilijker te vinden omdat het van de weg afgelegen is. Er ontbraken enkele kleinigheden die het verblijf nog aangenamer zouden maken: meer licht boven de eettafel, gummi noppen onder de stoelen, onderleggers om potten en pannen op de tafel te zetten.... Anders helemaal in orde, aan te bevelen!

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage

Das Haus liegt sehr abgeschieden, sodass man wirklich seine Ruhe hat und abschalten kann. Die Vermieter wohnen direkt nebenan und helfen bei Fragen gerne weiter. Das Haus ist ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Mit zwei Badezimmern und einem Gäste-WC kommt man sich auch mit 5 Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern nicht in die Quere. Es gibt 2 Doppelbetten bei denen die Matratzen leider schon in die Jahre gekommen sind und ein Stockbett mit zwei neuen Matratzen auf denen die Kids sehr gut schliefen.

We hebben heerlijk genoten. We zijn vriendelijk ontvangen. Het huis was knus en in prima staat. Het is ook een zeer koel huis dus top voor in de zomer. Geen airco nodig.

Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst en een echt authentiek simpel huisje in een kalme omgeving. 2 opmerkingen : de koffiezet liep heel moeilijk door en viel uit. Wij hebben voor ons verblijf een nieuwe gekocht. Geen WC-papier aanwezig bij aankomst. Voor de rest heel mooie omgeving en fijne mensen overal in de streek.
