This house was everything and more. Well kept, excellently located. Great for professionals and families. We stayed here with our 3 children aged 10months - 8yrs they loved the pool!! Paul the owner was super attentive and on hand if we needed anything. The house is very private, would highly recommend for anyone looking for a holiday home when visiting LA. Look forward to staying here again!!

This house is a true treasure. It's location just can't be beaten. It is at the crest of Laurel Canyon Drive with easy access to either Sunset Blvd (to the south) or the Hollywood Freeway( to the north). The house has fantastic views of the valley below and the lights at night. The kitchen is fully stocked if you want to cook at the house. The stereo sound system is awesome with speakers throughout the house. It is within 15 minutes of the best things LA has to offer- shopping, restaurants, concerts, bars, nightclubs..... This is THE BEST PLACE TO STAY!! We will stay here every time we visit as long as it is available.
The house is always very clean and well stocked with towels, shampoo, soap, coffee maker,etc. The owner always has a folder on the counter with a list of recommended restaurants as well as instructions about operating the TV/stereo/Ipod dock and wifi network. The owner is extremely nice and accommodating. The property is even more amazing than the photos let on. We HIGHLY recommend this property.
Nearby restaurants include Pace ( just done Laurel Cyn Dr) as well as easy access to several Trader Joe's for groceries. Once you're on Sunset Blvd you have your choice of dozens of amazing restaurants and clubs ( XIV, Chateau Marmont, Viper Room). Shopping on Robertson Blvd is only 10 minutes away. Hollywood Bowl is about 10 minutes away. Griffith Observatory is also 10-15 minutes away. I can't imagine a more perfect location. I really can't say enough good things about it:)
Everything about this accomadation is great! The views, living space, kitchen, pool and the landlord. I had amazing time living here for 6 weeks and I wouldn't hesiate returning. Top class all the way.
My son and I stayed at this cute house in Feb /March 2010. It was the perfect location for us and had everything we needed, Paul, the owner was always on hand if we needed anything. It was beautifully furnished and the kitchen was a cook's dream !
The outside area was gorgeous and a very pleasant place to sit when the sun was shinning.

Tranquility and Style off Mulholland Drive
We spent a wonderfully relaxing week sat around the pool, swimming, grilling and lazing in perfect tranquility. The house is beautifully and comfortably furnished, the pool is perfect and the position atop Laurel Canyon is perfect for exploring the whole of LA. Highly recommended for a vacation or business stay.
We are in the perfect Central spot. 20 minutes to Beverly Hills, 20 minutes to Universal, 10 Minutes to the Sunset strip. Close to everything!
