Cosy decoration, will seduce you! With a fenced plot of 2500 m2
wooded, not overlooked, with its pleasant swimming pool, view of pine forest and hill. All
is designed to spend a holiday in a caring and welcoming setting.

For the comfort of our guests, La Villa has three air-conditioned, comfortable, contemporary and refined bedrooms.
On the first floor, a first air-conditioned bedroom equipped with a 160 x 200 cm bed, an en-suite bathroom with Italian shower and double sink as well as a modern dressing room. A pretty covered and private terrace.

Independent toilet and laundry room with washing machine.

Upstairs, there are two other air-conditioned bedrooms. These are also
equipped with 160 x 200 cm bedding. Each has its own dressing room, and a
covered terrace with a view of the pine forest and hill. Adjoining the bedrooms,
A modern bathroom with shower and toilet.
Bed linen is provided and beds will be made on arrival, are also provided free of charge 2 towels per person (1 large and 1 small) and 3 kitchen towels.
The Villa has a large convivial living room, a fully equipped and functional kitchen and an adjoining dining room, although most of your meals will certainly be on our covered terrace, a modern and functional barbecue is at your disposal. Enjoy the scenery and enjoy!



The private 8x4m swimming pool is fenced and alarm-protected, open from May to the end of September.
There's nothing like lounging around during your holidays!

Mondragon is a village backed by the hill, crossed by a secondary railway line with random passages, located between Bollène and Orange. Its proximity to the motorway is a real asset to discover all the riches of Provence (can sometimes be heard depending on the direction of the wind). Located only a few minutes away by car, the historic towns of Orange and Châteauneuf-du-Pape are also only a few minutes away, ideal for cultural and gastronomic excursions.
