By booking this property, you enter the universe of Mountain Collection Real Estate, the major real estate agency network in the Alps. Experience a unique stay in one of our chalets or apartments within the largest French ski areas.
Studio of 18m2 for 2 or 3 persons, ideally located at the foot of the slopes in a residence at 5 minutes from the shops on foot and with a nice view on the mountains.
It is composed of :
- a closet in the entrance
- a bathroom with bathtub and toilet
- a living room with an equipped kitchenette (fridge, 2 burners, 1 microwave, 1 oven, 1 filter coffee maker, 1 kettle)
The living room offers 2/3 beds: 1 sofa bed 140 cm, 1 bed 140x190 cm (from 6 years old).
Wifi included
Additional services: bed linen rental 10 euros/pers/week
rental of bathroom linen 5 euros/pers/week.
Non-smoking accommodation
Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
Private parking reserved for residents.

All our Vacation Rentals are managed by a team of real estate experts from the Serre Chevalier Immobilier agency in Villeneuve.
