Freshly painted and fully furnished with comfortable beds and linens, this lakefront home is on private Whitewater Lake. Located at the Gateway to the Blue Ridge Mountains and all the Upstate of South Carolina offers.
Bring the entire family, this home is great for multi generations, there are two separate family areas. Downstairs, we have a huge private suite that has a king bed, bunkbeds- twin, fullbed, and a trundle, so this spacious room sleeps up to six. The downstairs bathroom is newly remodeled and has an easy access shower.
Upstairs is the master suite with a king bed and a private spa like bathroom🛀 with a jetted 2-person tub and a separate tiled shower. There are also three additional private bedrooms, 2 containing queen beds, and one with a king bed, and all share a completely remodeled full bathroom with a oversized shower.
This large home has many areas where you can get away and relax privately, while still enjoying friends and family.
The spectacular lake front is enjoyed with this 5 bedroom 3 full bath home on private Whitewater Lake. Boasting 150 ft of lakeshore, solid bottom footing around the dock area, tons of porches and decks, and an easy sloped walk down to the oversized dock, this home is designed for the best in outdoor fun. This home does not have steep, multiple stairways to get to the lake, unlike other large homes on the lakes here.
This lake does not allow jetskis, so it is quiet and relaxing, and being a private lake, there is no public access, so it is never crowded. Please stay out of the main channel of the lake when swimming and floating. Boats need access to travel the middle of the cove and turn around etc.
The main upstairs level features a big sun porch for winter, with an electric fireplace, and an additional screen porch for relaxing without worries. The sunroom is attached to a cozy bedroom with a king-size bed and another electric fireplace to add warmth and a romantic feel.
The screen porch is an "adults only" retreat with comfortable furniture and a dart board 🎯for adult fun. This is attached to the "Lake " bedroom with a queen bed. There are also full laundry facilities located upstairs.
The terrace or downstairs level contains the large open living and dining area, with gas fireplace and picture windows that look out onto the back deck and down to the water.
The kitchen is updated and contains new stainless steel appliances, including convection oven, quartz countertops, pantry, and tons of room for storage. It is very well stocked for the chef in your family. 🍽
Outside, you'll find a large patio area that flows into a deck that has more than enough seating for everyone in your party, including 2 dining tables; and looks out over the manicured yard to the water only a few steps away. 🏊‍♀️

Our lake is stocked with prime game fish as well🎣. Bring the whole family. This home sleeps up to 15 people with the triple bunk beds in the downstairs bedroom.
