Located in Jausiers, in the Ubaye valley, the Résidence Château des Magnans is composed of a castle (with only 10 apartments) and 3 annex buildings (studio and T3 duplex accommodations). The residence has an indoor heated swimming pool, a jacuzzi and a sauna.

All apartments in the annex buildings have a terrace or balcony. Some apartments have a view of the valley. Equipped with a flat-screen TV, the apartments include a equipped kitchenette and a private bathroom.

In the area around Château des Magnans, you can enjoy various activities such as horseback riding, rafting and hiking in the Mercantour National Park. The residence is located at the entrance to the Col de la Bonnette road, a popular road for cyclists.
