This home offers 3 bedrooms, 2 baths; can sleep 6 or 4 individuals in their own bed. One bedroom has a king size bed and TV, one bedroom has a queen bed and TV and the bedroom upstairs has 2 twin beds. Fully furnished with everything you would need for your stay. Equipped with dishes, utensils, cook wear, towels, sheets and a gas grill. Attached 1 car garage.
Close to grocery stores, gas stations, restaurants and 2 breweries. This home is 15 minutes to Marquette and close to biking trails.
The space
There is a private, tranquil patio in the back yard for grilling and the home is walking distance to many recreational areas. It has wifi, and a DVR to record you favorite programs while your exploring the area.

The house was perfect for our stay during the Marji Gesick race. Enough room for all 4 of us. Well stocked with everything we might need. Sharon was amazing to work with and very responsive. Would happily stay here again!

Fully stocked! Everything we needed and more. Beautiful back yard and patio in quiet neighborhood. We loved this property. Pictures in the listing didn’t do it justice.

This was exactly what we were looking for day trips in the area - a great place to sleep and cook. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet. The other great thing was it was so well appointed. For a simple house - nothing fancy, it had everything you need: nice toilet paper, shampoo, usable knives, pots and pans, etc. There was such a great collection of plastic plates and cups for outside and ceramic for inside. Sharon was extremely helpful when needed. We highly recommend.

Best VRBO Experience ever!

I stayed here for the Marji Gesick race with 2 buddies. The owner had excellent communication and went out of her way to make me feel welcome and even left the outside lights on since I would have a late arrival. It was the cleanest VRBO I have ever been in. If you are a simple person who just wants a nice, normal, clean place to stay in the UP, this is your place! It had the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in! Anytime we thought of something we needed, there was a post-it note telling us exactly what to do or where it could be found. I definitely want to come back to the UP for some actual leisure MTB'ing, and when I do, I know where I'll be staying!

Our family found this grm last minute for Labot Day weekend, as everything else was booked. What a pleasant surprise! All needs were met and then some. Comfy, cozy, and clean. Thank you! A great home away from home.

All that and then some!

We’ve stayed at several vacation rentals and never has even one come close to being this well stocked: paper products, lotion, soaps, shampoos, a wealth of towels, washcloths and blankets, cards, books, games including corn hole, kitchen supplies including a salad spinner, and much more. There were nightlights in strategic places, flashlights in case of power outages, and multiple charging stations. The house is beautifully decorated and very clean.The furniture was very comfortable, especially the beds and recliners. Loved the back yard and patio. A great house for the 4 of us and could comfortably accommodate 6. We also liked the location, within walking distance to Huron Mountain Bakery and White Bear Maple Products! Nice neighborhood to just take walks too, and an easy drive to Lake Superior. We had a wonderful week and Sharon was an amazing host. 8 thumbs up from the four of us!

Perfect for families

I can’t say enough good things about this rental. The house was clean and fully stocked with every amenity you could possibly need. The host really put a lot of thought and detail in this home to make it as comfortable for her guest as possible! I would recommend this property and will stay again next time I’m in town. Home was as advertised- very clean, cozy & comfortable. Garage was useful for bike storage & maintenance. Having rented this and other rental properties all over the world, the only downside was after adding all the fees, it seems a bit expensive for the location.

Great accommodations for our family of 6 in the U.P.

We had two adults and four kids. We stayed for several days. The house was comfortable and homey. The 3 bedrooms were plenty for us. We had one room for the 2 boys and another for the 2 girls. Having two full bathrooms made getting ready pretty quick for the entire family. The house sits in a nice, quiet, and safe neighborhood. We were also a quick drive away from all the areas of interest in this part of the U.P. The owners answered any questions we had very quickly and were easy to communicate with. If we ever vacation in that area again, I would definitely consider staying at this house again. Absolutely no complaints. In a nutshell -- clean, comfy, fully furnished with everything you might want, and nice location!

Exceptional property

We enjoyed our stay in this wonderfully appointed home. The owners have thought of everything from charging blocks on every nightstand to flashlights in every room in case of power outages to board games and amazingly hot water with great pressure. There is extra everything, towels, sheets, pillows, throw blankets in the living room. As if that was not enough, the owners checked on us and were incredibly helpful with local info and things to do. I almost forgot to mention the coffee shop on the corner, which I just loved! I Walked over every morning for a latte! (There is a coffee maker at the house for those who want to make their own). We would come back again and again!

Exceptional Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! The host’s communication was impeccable. She left a binder in the counter for local sights and dinning accommodations. She also communicated to us directly about 4th of July events. The house was extremely clean! All the essentials and more were there. We didn’t need anything extra. Our group would highly recommend this place. We will tell our friends and we will return when we visit the UP again. Thanks!

Truly a gem of a vacation home

This house was everything you could want in a vacation home. It was fully stocked with anything you could think of- it was immaculate, and the third floor with the twin beds were a great addition for a family stay.. Our host, Sharon, was the most accommodating and helpful person I have ever dealt with. We were going through a hurricane and she worked with me to make this vacation to surprise my grandson come true. I give this a 10 out of 10 Debbie and family

Comfortable home in a sweet community

The house was well kept, had a backyard with a gas grill & table with chairs. Beds were comfortable & the kitchen was well equipped. Had 2 bathrooms with showers &1 also had a bathtub. The house was in town and easy to walk to the grocery store and restaurants. Host was very responsive to our questions.

Great stay!

Absolutely loved our stay. The place was immaculately clean. All the little details of what a family could need were ready for us. We enjoyed having a backyard, access to the garage and everyone had space. Great communication with the owners made check in and check out seamless. Easy access to main highway and local establishments. Will definitely stay again.
