Sweet, bright, super clean cottage with everything you'll need for an amazing night's sleep, and easy access to whatever your jam is for fun whether it is hiking, biking, skiing, climbing, kayaking, shopping and eating. You'll be a quick 7 minute drive to the Village of Woodstock, 13 min to Saugerties - for antiques, a farmer's market and more.
The layout is very nice. You enter into one big open space lined with windows on every side. This living, dining, kitchen combo comes complete with anything you'll need to make a delicious breakfast in bed: spices, coffee and amazing teadaytea.com teas! The kitchen is gorgeous, stone & marble, big farm sink and a classy Lieb Herr fridge.
Jump into the river-pebble, custom shower and even toss in a load of laundry, if you'd like.
The cottage shares 3-acres with the main house but everything is private and discrete. If you're famous (and some guests are), you will not be bothered.
Come for the quiet haven, adventure out for the experience.

Fabulous Stay in Woodstock

Nicole's place is very conveniently located, clean as a whistle, comfortable and worked perfectly for me, my husband and our pup. Very nice, new modern property but still with woodsy charm. Nicole's communication and hospitality (left us some gorgeous looseleaf tea) was A+. Would definitely stay again!

Chill and well-located

The cottage is wonderful -- everything is up to date and functions well, and the private driveway makes it feel like what it is, a legitimate getaway. It's convenient to Saugerties, Woodstock and a few other areas. And Nicole was a fantastic and communicative host, who promptly responded to messages and definitely supported us to make the most of the trip.

Quiet, clean relaxing cabin

I traveled to the Woodstock area for a much needed rest, relaxation and healthy eating vacation. I was not disappointed. The cabin was immaculate and well stocked including specialty teas and coffee which were enjoyed after a long day of hiking. The hostess was very accommodating and provided helpful tips on area attractions and hiking trails that i would have missed left to my own . I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this cabin and plan to return in the future.

Great cottage

Cottage worked out perfectly for the HITS horse show as well as being close for hiking and biking. The laundry facilities worked out great and the host was very helpful.

Catskills Getaway

This rental is in a great location, centrally located to both Woodstock and Saugerties. The main level has vaulted ceilings and oversized windows to enjoy the nature. It’s also intensely clean.

Great, attentive hospitality

Really beautiful property outfitted with everything you could want/need/expect from a vacation rental. You can tell the host thought of all the details for renters. Very clean and updated. On top of it, Nicole was very gracious and helped by shoveling a lot of snow so I could leave on the day of my checkout and made sure I had everything I needed

Long weekend getaway

My wife and I stayed at Nicole's place over Labor Day weekend. The location is perfect for those who look for a vacation filled with nature activities. It's close to a lot of really nice hiking trails, there're also places to kayak and a few nice restaurants in Woodstock to dine and relax. Nicole's cottage is clean, comfortable place. It has newly renovated bathrooms and kitchen, comfortable bedroom. We also enjoyed a complimentary iced tea from Nicole. I'd definitely come back to stay even longer.

Great place!

This property was perfect for my husband and I for a getaway weekend in Woodstock. Perfect location to hiking, restaurants and surrounding towns. The place is cute and very, very clean and felt like home. Our host Nicole was easy to communicate with supplied a lovely place to stay! Thank you!

Peaceful Gem

This house is a quiet and cozy cottage with easy access to the Woodstock and Saugerties areas. Everything is updated and comfortable. It's very clean with nice utensils, plates, pots, pans etc... Nicole was easy to get a hold of and responded quickly. The washer/dryer combo is a huge plus. An excellent respite.

Cute Cottage, nice location

Lovely cottage and is exactly as stated in the ad. Very clean and comfortable...the bathroom is quite nice w/a great shower. The ceiling fan keeps the downstairs cool and there is an air conditioner in the bedroom loft if needed...Nicole, the hostess was present but unintrusive...She brought over coffee beans and explained to this novice the French press...The coffee was delicious and I now have a new skill...my dog was along for the ride and we explored Saugerties and Woodstock, great shops and great food...All in all a 10 out of 10!

Peaceful, relaxing, charming and lovely!

Wonderful stay with Nicole! She is a very gracious host (even offering to mail back my charger when I accidently left it at her home.) The guest home is lovely, plenty spacious and is in a quiet, serene setting (and is in a very convenient location--easy to get into town for breakfast, dinner, etc.) We will be back! Thank you!

Sweet and private

The place was well maintained and clean, it seemed like pretty recent construction. The location was quiet and felt safe and private. Nice amenities, washer/dryer, kitchen appliances were clean and modern. I met the host who was easy to communicate with and always responded to messages through Vrbo.

Garden Oasis

The cottage was perfect for the two of us, and our two dogs. The owner was unobtrusive, but readily available if needed. The kitchen was well-appointed, so we were able to prepare some of our meals easily. We grilled and picked fresh tomatoes for our salad! A lively spot for our getaway!

Wonderful Weekend Getaway

I spent the weekend here for my mom’s birthday and it was the perfect getaway. Nicole was very accommodating, even remembering to offer some champagne for my mom’s birthday! The cottage was perfectly clean and decorated. We enjoyed cooking a few meals in the amazing kitchen and relaxing on the couch. The cottage is close to Woodstock and some beautiful hiking trails.

Sweet Garden retreat

We thoroughly enjoyed your stay at Nicole’s guest house. The space was spotless, comfortable and close to Woodstock and Saugerties. Lovely Cottage

This is a lovely cottage nestled in the woods. It was very clean and comfortable. It was well stocked with all amenities. We found it peaceful and relaxing. Nicole was a wonderful host.

Amazing updated cottage 5 minutes from Woodstock!

Nicole’s cottage is lovely- she has thought of every detail that will contribute to you having a great stay in the area. Everything seemed almost new and was very clean and modern. The location is far enough away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Woodstock yet only a 5 minute drive away and 15 to downtown Saugerties. If you love nature you will get your fix as the cottage is nestled in trees. I can’t wait to go back! Enjoy!
