This small terraced house has everything of a large one. It is organised around its living area integrating lounge, dining room and fully equipped open kitchen. Upstairs, the night area consists of two double-bedded rooms and one room with 2 single beds, allowing accommodation for six people and a bathroom with bathtub and toilet.
In addition, a sloping space serves as a playroom for children.
The garage has been converted into an annex and houses the fridge-freezer, which is too large to find its place in the kitchen; the laundry area (with washing machine & tumble dryer) and offers a welcome storage space for bicycles and beach equipment.
The fireplace, decorative, is not usable.
