Private: large, well-kept garden 2'000 m2 (not fenced) with lawn and trees, swimming pool (10 x 5 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 31.Oct.) with shutter cover. Parking at the house on the premises. Shop 4 km, supermarket 4 km, bus stop "Dégagnac" 9 km. Tennis 4 km. Please note: car recommended.

Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 1 ceramic glass hob hotplate, 3 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with small dining table. Bathroom, sep. WC. Boiler (200 litres). Upper floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). 2 rooms with sloping ceilings, each room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Sep. WC. Terrace 15 m2, roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (6). Facilities: washing machine, iron, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, logs (extra). Parking (2 cars). location très propre au calme, piscine au top, propriétaire très accueillant et sympathique. Le ménage de fin de séjour ainsi que les serviettes de toilette et draps sont compris dans le prix, ce qui est indéniablement un avantage. Que dire de plus ? Je ne peux que recommander ce gîte.

Vacances calme et nature

Accueil très chaleureux. Maison très propre, piscine et jardin très agréable. La terrasse elle même est propice aux petits déjeuners et autres repas tant elle est spacieuse et cachée l'après-midi du soleil, pour qui veut se protéger un peu. Je conseil vraiment cet endroit "Les Chene"pour se reposer et profitez pleinement de tout se qui est mis à disposition pour le calme et la tranquillité des vacanciers. Un grand merci aux propriétaires pour leur gentillesse et discrétion.

Emplacement correcte : loin de tout. Piscine agréable mais sans soleil, pas top et nettoyage par nos soins. Machine à laver qui n'essore pas, le propriétaire n'a pas pris le temps de la réparer, dommage. Il faudrait aussi réparer les dalles autour de la piscine, car c'est dangereux pour les enfants. La maison est correcte, si on aime les insectes. Ancien gites qui n'est plus sur le marché. A rafraichir ! Propriétaire sympathique. Point fort : silence et repos.

Charmant hameau tranquille mais la maison est dans le style années 70-80. Il faut revoir le circuit d eau et rénover la piscine.
