Beautiful carriage house in downtown Fort Collins (aka Old Town). Only 6 blocks from Colorado State University (CSU), downtown shops & restaurants, parks, and the Poudre River trail. Lovely 1 bedroom, 1 bath with modern farmhouse design. Includes modern conveniences like washer and dryer, king bed, full size refrigerator, luxury walk in shower with rain and handheld showerhead, coffee maker, privacy top down blinds, heat and A/C. Turn of the century charm includes original barn doors on sliders to create private sleeping area separate from living room, work space, and kitchen. Includes off street parking space.

Have you ever wanted to write a bad review just to keep a certain place a secret for yourself? Well that’s this place! Everything about it was great. Super clean and comfortable and everything we needed for our weekend in Fort Collins to visit our kids in college. Completely walkable to downtown.

This little one bedroom was perfect for my vacation up in Colorado. I was in town for a family wedding and just needed a place for myself for the weekend and it was perfect. Communication was easy. There’s nothing that was missing from the unit that I could think of. Just an all-around perfect little spot. Also great location right in between the school and old town. Both are walkable.
