In the hamlet Skitača 15 km from the centre of Labin, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position, 5 km from the sea, 5 km from the beach, in the countryside. Private: well-kept garden 400 m2 with lawn, swimming pool angular (10 x 5 m, depth 90 - 145 cm, seasonal availability: 04.May. - 14.Sep.) with internal staircase. Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, air conditioning, washing machine. Motor access (100 m via unmade road). Parking at the house on the premises. Shop 5 km, restaurant 5 km, bus stop 19.5 km, pebble beach 5 km, rocky beach 5 km.
5-room villa 220 m2 on 2 levels. Beautiful and tasteful furnishings: large living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), satellite TV, DVD and air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 2 beds (80 cm, length 190 cm). Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer). Sep. WC. Upper floor: 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 190 cm), shower/bidet/WC and air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 2 beds (80 cm, length 190 cm), air conditioning. Perfekt für einen ruhigen Urlaub!

Wir waren 5 Erwachsene und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Das Haus ist schön groß und geräumig und es fehlt an nichts. Hier und da könnte sauberer geputzt werden. Der Kühlschrank ist für die Größe des Hauses und der möglichen Personenanzahl leider unterdimensioniert! Das beste aber ist der Pool! Der Vermieter kommt täglich um den Pool zu reinigen bzw. zu kontrollieren. Durch den Infiniti-Effekt ist die Wasseroberfläche immer sauber und klar. Auto ist zwingend erforderlich!

Traumhafte Alleinlage, Meeresblick, großer Pool, toller Garten, sehr geschmackvolle Einrichtung, mehr als genügend Platz, Outdooressplatz mit Grill. Und diese Ruhe! Dieses Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen!

herrliche ruhe

gepflegtes objekt, kaum autos auf der dorfstrasse, skitaca ist ein an sich verlassenes dorf in dem nach und nach objekte als feriendomizile renoviert werden. zum meer 5 minuten mit dem auto. herrliche ruhe. zum einkaufen alle möglichkeiten 20 min. richtung labin. wer diese voraussetzungen sucht........perfekt!

Schöner Pool mit Aussicht

Das Haus ist in einem kleinen Ort. Wer kleine Strände und Wandern/Joggen mag ist hier genau richtig. Zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten von Istrien fährt man für unseren Geschmack etwas lange. Der Pool ist gross und sauber.
