The open space features a living room with a comfy sofa, where you can relax after a day exploring the city. A dining table and six dining chairs. The area features a large window and a balcony that lets in a lot of natural sun lighting that brightens up the space.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to whip up a delicious meal. It also includes a washing machine and a coffee machine.

Both bedrooms have a comfy double bed lined in hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's rest.

The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.

The flat is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety.

The apartment is on the 1st floor with an elevator and guests will have the entire place for themselves during their stay.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Please note that late check-in after 10:00 pm will incur an additional charge of EUR 20. Check-in after midnight is subject to confirmation.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a 300€ smoking fee, at minimum.
