In Saint-Aubin-sur-Mer, we offer this charming 49 m² flat, renovated in 2022, with a sea view, which can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 2nd floor (no lift), it comprises an attractive 21 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower) and a shared seafront garden of around 1,600 m². We're waiting for you!

- A fully-equipped kitchen, including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Nespresso coffee machine...
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160x200)

- An enclosed garden shared with two owners around the villa to enjoy the fine weather

The flat is ideally located in Saint-Aubin-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Activities :
Thanks to its ideal location, you'll have the opportunity to explore the region's beautiful landscapes, including the beach at Saint-Aubin-sur-Mer for a moment of relaxation or to take advantage of the water sports offered by the town's sailing club. One of these beaches is Juno Beach (where the Canadians landed) at Courseulles-sur-Mer. If you want to learn more, you can go on an excursion to visit all the Second World War sites in Normandy. At the end of the day, enjoy yourself at the casino before setting off the next morning on a tour of Caen: the castle of William the Conqueror, contemporary art museums, the city's 100 bell towers...
Don't leave without admiring a sunset from Cap Romain, a protected site with an abundance of fossils of great geological interest.

If you choose to come by car, you can park for free near the accommodation (town hall car park, street parking, etc.).

Villa Les Hirondelles "The selling point for this apartment is its prime location with private access to the promenade. 🙂 Prime location on a historic seafront (JUNO Beach 1944 Normandy Landings) with private access to the promenade. Clear access instructions provided via WhatsApp on the day. 🙁 For those on luggage duty you need to be aware this Apartment is on the third floor accessed via a narrow staircase with no on site car parking space (although we never failed to find on road parking near by). At the time of writing we are awaiting the return of our 350 euro deposit which we have been advised can take up to 10 days to process (Conciergerie not responsible for the financial aspects of this property which are administered via the BookAndPay company)."

Beetje jammer dat het uitzicht op zee door de hoge ramen minder aanwezig is binnen, maar 's avonds in pyjama nog eens tot aan het water met de kinderen heeft mooie herinneringen gemaakt. De communicatie verliep zeer vlot, ook een vergissing met lakens was zeer snel opgelost. Het appartement is verder mooi & functioneel ingericht en heel proper.

Wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge, Meeresrauschen und tolle Ausblicke stehen auf der Tagesordnung. Das Design der Räume und Möbel war sehr besonders und außergewöhnlich stylisch. 🙁 Die Internetverbindung war sehr langsam und hat manchmal gar nicht funktioniert. Eine Grundausstattung an Gewürzen in der Küche oder mehr als eine Rolle Toilettenpapier für die lange Aufenthaltsdauer wäre die Kirsche auf der Sahnetorte gewesen."

Très calme, bien équipé avec peut être un wifi qui n'était pas très performant . Prévoir un couteau pour ouvrir les huîtres et une pince pour les crabes ? Les commerces sont accessibles à pied, tout comme la location de vélo. Un bel endroit pour découvrir les plages du débarquement . Je recommande ce logement qui a rempli toutes nos attentes !"

Mooie, volledig afgesloten tuin. Handige sleuteloverdracht via sleutelkastje. 🙁 De e-mail/whatsapp service van de host: volgens de faciliteitenlijst zou er een microgolfoven aanwezig zijn geweest. Nooit een antwoord gekregen op onze vraag daaromtrent. Telefonisch zijn ze wel te bereiken. Keukengerei vrij basic; een aardappelmesje was bv. niet aanwezig. Beetje stoffig."

Villa Les Hirondelles Agréable séjour lors de nos vacances. Tres bel emplacement et appartement parfaitement rénové. Seuls bémols il n y a pas de micro onde, et nous avons eu de sérieuses remontrances de la part des autres propriétaires car nous n avions pas le droit d utiliser la table de jardin (bonne ambiance). Pour ce qui est du reste tout est conforme à l annonce (tres belle vue, endroit tres calme et idéalement situé)
