Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung im Grünen!

Die Ferienwohnung hat eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf die toskanische Landschaft, es hat alles was man braucht, der Pool ist sehr schön und es wird auch jeden Tag für seine Sauberkeit gesorgt.

Très beau jardin et piscine avec transats à volonté. Parking sécurisé par 1 portail. Hôtes très accueillants . Mais logt assez vieillot offrant néanmoins une agréable terrasse. Le problème est que les différents logements de cette habitation sont mal isolés . On entend tout. Chasse d'eau, rires, cris et parfois à des heures avancées de la nuit. Ce qui a été notre cas avec des voisins peu respectueux.

Voici un retour d’expérience plus que mitigé au sujet de cette location. Logement mal insonorisé, équipement sommaire, salle de bains vétuste à revoir (problèmes d’évacuation d'eau malgré une intervention technique), terrasse à peine utilisable à cause des odeurs d’égout gênantes,réseau WIFI fluctuant, globalement les prestations sont minimales. War in ordnung aber würden wir nicht nochmal buchen.

Wir sind im August in Iano im Oleandro gewesen. Zunächst einmal war alles wirklich sauber und so wie es beschrieben wurde. Leider kann der Vermieter keinerlei deutsch oder englisch, weswegen die Kommunikation natürlich sehr schwierig war. Es hatte drei Tage regen und an diesen drei Tagen hat die ganze Wohnung nach Abfluss gerochen. Die toilette konnte nur richtig gespült werden, wenn man einen Eimer mit Wasser füllte und diesen hinein kippte. Leider war somit jeder gang zur dusche/toilette/zähne putzen mit ekel vor dem Geruch verbunden… Der Pool war sehr schön und auch die Liegefläche war sehr schön. Die Liegen waren den jeweiligen Wohnungen zugeteilt was zunächst wirklich praktisch erschien. Vor unseren Liegen war jedoch ein Baum sodass wir ab 16:30/17:00 uhr im Schatten lagen. Der Rest aber Sonne bis ca 18:30 hatte… Wir hatten eine schöne woche urlaub, waren allerdings auf grund der Umstände sehr viel Unterwegs und nicht wirklich in der Wohnung.. dafür was sie einfach nicht schön genug.

Schöne Unterkunft mit grandioser Aussicht.

Sehr schöne und ruhige Anlage. Etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber noch gut in Schuss. Die Lage ist atemberaubend. Vom Pool aus diese Aussicht. Man hat den ganzen Tag Sonne. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden.

Heerlijk rustige omgeving

Leuk appartement op prachtig complex. In appartement alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt. Aardige eigenaar. Door kleinschaligheid heerlijk rustig. Wij hadden momenten dat wij de enige bewoners waren (totaal 4 appartementen).

Een mooie omgeving, een erg mooi zwembad, alles heel proper. Een prima locatie om veel te bezoeken, een klein uurtje van Pisa, Firenze, de kust.

Geweldig uitzicht.

Wij waren 7 van de 10 dagen de enige bewoners, we hebben enorm genoten van de rust en het uitzicht. De woning was prima het bed kon beter. XXX, de caretaker, was een enorm behulpzame en vriendelijke man.

Luxe woning, ligt heel ruim en lekker prive.

We waren met z'n tweeen, en dan het het lekker ruim, zowel buiten als binnen. We waren aangenaam verrast toen we aankwamen! Vanaf het zwembad mooi uitzicht over toscane, lekker eten bij de plaatselijk pizzeria. In het dorpje is ook een (kleine) supermarkt, voor een grotere supermarkt of grotere attractie's moet je wel gauw een uurtje rijden. (35km binnendoor)
