We had a wonderful holiday at Podere Costantino. Mara and Franco are incredibly hospitable; they prepared a delicious meal for us on the first evening—and what a treat that is on your first day of vacation, not having to rush around doing things right away. We stayed in the 'Tramonto' apartment on the ground floor, which offered a beautiful view of the mountains. The pool is wonderfully cool, and with plenty of sun loungers available, there is always space—plus, you can relax comfortably in the shade. The two lovely cats made our stay complete, offering a warm welcome every morning (though only if you wanted them to; we were the ones who lured them over!). We also enjoyed Franco's stories; we managed to communicate quite well using a translation app. All in all, it was a delightful stay, and we felt truly welcome and at ease on Mara and Franco's beautiful estate. Thanks for everything!

Very pleasant stay in Terricciola wine country. Lovely couple who have a number of units in their farm house. The unit we stayed in "Tramonto" was the flagship unit and proved to be very comfortable. We visited during the fall and had no intention of swimming, but the pool was out of commission during our stay.

Perfect holiday

The property was every thing that was expected to make a perfect holiday. Even though we arrived earlier than expected Franco and marra made us welcome straight away. The property was very clean and we enjoyed the outside area for eating and relaxing. The local restaurants were much better than expected and everyone was very friendly. We would definitely recommend this property to family and friends and would book again if we came to the area.

Peace and relaxation

The property is located in a quiet and beautiful place, the apartment is clean and has everything you need. The hosts are very kind and pleasant, they welcomed us with dinner and there were fruits they grew themselves. A fantastic pool in a field of olive trees. We will definitely come back again.

Relaxing, clean and super friendly!

We enjoyed a fantastic and relaxing week at the Podere Costantino. Mara and Franco were absolutely great. They welcomed us with fresh cooked pasta, bruschetta and parma on the first night. The Tramonto apartment was very clean, spacious and we loved our terrace. The whole place is really calm, clean and is just totally surrounded by nature. We loved it! Thank you so much for this fantastic holiday! Miriam & Stefan

Wonderful holiday

We had the most wonderful holiday in Podere Costantino in July. Francesco provided us with everything we needed to know and provided really helpful advice on where to visit, shop and eat. The evening meal made by Mara was a wonderful surprise and absolutely delicious. The location is fantastic, and great to explore the surrounding towns and villages and the views from the farm are of the wonderful Tuscan countryside. The accommodation is comfortable and rustic and you have everything you need and is very clean. The outside terrace is great for all meals and for relaxing and watching the world go by. The pool is great and occupied the children and is beautifully landscaped. We would really recommend the farm as a lovely, simple place to stay.

Great Place to be in Tuscany (Hervorragend)

We had the appartment Tramonto which has a nice veranda to the garden. Short walk to the pool. Beautiful overlook of the hilly landscape. Very kind, open and friendly owners living as farmers at the same place. Gave us great reco for a local restaurant Il Tino which has very tasty food at reasonable prices (open WE only). All in all absolutely recommendable.

Great apartmemt, Great location, great ambiance

Our stay at Podere Costantino was amazing. Franco and Mara are very accommodating and presented us with wine, olive oil, and a home cooked meal the night of our arrival. Franco even gave us reccomendations as to what towns to visit and how to get there. We stayed a total of 13 nights in apartment Tramanto. The apartment has everything you need for prearing meals. The views are spectacular. The porch makes for a great area in the evening for watching the sunset. The apartment is located centrally and can get to other major cities within 1-1.5 hrs. Supermarket, cafe, restaurants are located in the area as well. Would love to revisit in the summer to enjoy the pool. Thank YOU Franco and Mara for the amazing accommodation.

Podere Costantino

Podere Costantino is set in the beautiful Tuscan countryside within easy reach of the cities of Pisa, Florence and Sienna. Franco and Mara, the owners, are very kind and friendly and brought us a Tuscan meal on our first night with a bottle of their own red wine and had a bbq for all the guests staying at the apartments on another evening. They also brought us fresh fruit from their farm each morning, the best plums we have ever tasted! The pool area is kept clean and there was plenty of room for all the guests. The Wifi is even available at the poolside! We stayed in the one bedroom apartment which was clean and had a lovely area to eat outside. The sofa bed in the living room was ok for sleeping on but on reflection I should have booked a two bedroom apartment for four people. There are good resturants close by and an excellent take-away pizzeria in Terricola. We went to an outdoor concert one evening in a local town, recommended to us by Franco, which was excellent and a highlight of the holiday. I would recommend this property to a friend or relative.

The pool was nice but unfortunately in the first apartment they had us in there were a lot of bugs. They moved up upstairs but there was no air conditioning in the bedroom upstairs. We do appreciate the host being flexible for switching our apartment. The pool and outdoor property was stunning.

Somit halb so wild.
