Pleasant 2-star studio for 2 people, located in a property complex consisting of small buildings, near the Thalassotherapy centre, 200m from the tennis club, 400m from the main beach and Yacht Club and 600m from the shopping centre.

25m² studio on the 1st floor, west-facing.



Entrance hall with a night area consisting of 2 single bunk beds.

Living room/lounge: beautiful layout, television, 1 sofa bed (140cm), dining area, large bay window overlooking a West-facing terrace, awning and outdoor furniture available.

Recessed kitchen area with refrigerator, 2-burner ceramic hob, mini-oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric coffee maker.

Bathroom with shower and washbasin.

Separate toilet.

nous aurions aimé être informé de l état du plancher

"nous aurions aimé être informé de l état du plancher dont on nous a dit qu il serait refait ultérieurement. Dans ce cas l'esprit du logement déjà largement au dessus du prix du marché même à cette saison aurait dû en tenir compte mais aucun geste commercial fait. le matelas des lits de l'entrée sont pour des poids enfants et non prévus pour des adultes. les poêles sont usagées. il n y a pas de contrat claire comportant les frais d'agence et le délais de retour de caution, 300 euros , bien au dessus des moyennes là aussi. Des prénoms affichés en gros caractères pour le hôtes m'ont fait passé à côté du fait que le loueur est une agence. l'état des lieux se fait sans personne. la confiance est à sens unique, au bénéfice du loueur alors que ce n'est pas du tout l'état d'esprit que je recherchais. j'ai réclamé plusieurs fois ma caution pour recevoir la photo du chèque annulé le mercredi alors que j'étais partie le samedi à 10h. je veux des vacance sans AUCUN souci" Christine - Airbnb - 04/09/2025

l'emplacement du studio

"l'emplacement du studio permet d'accéder facilement au centre ville et à la plage sans voiture" Sandra - Booking - 12/07/2024 "A notre arrivée, nous avons désenchanté... La propreté: les fourmis dans la cuisine, une nappe sur la table principale collante et usée par endroit, je prends une poêle mal nettoyée, une assiette idem, je n'ai donc pas pu cuisiner tellement la propreté des ustensiles laissaient à désirer. Avec mon mari, nous mangions à l'extérieur. les meubles de cuisine recouverts d'une protection moelleuse sale ,les abats-jours plein de poussière, des araignées au plafond. La vétusté des lieux, le sol dans un état déplorable, collant, usé par endroit. Le dérouleur du papier toilette cassé et maintenue par un élastique. Sur le balcon, les plantes sont fanées, manque d'entretien évident. Lors de ma réclamation auprès de l'agence immobilière, on m'a fait comprendre, que vu que je n'ai pas payé cher la semaine, il ne faut pas s'attendre "à du grand luxe". Pour ma part, chacun fait en fonction de son budget, et de ses ressources financières. Pas cher, ne devrait pas être synonyme de non respect de la personne ou du vacancier.
