The entrance is on the garden level where there is a fully equipped open kitchen with a living / dining room opening onto a covered terrace with a dining area and outdoor lounge.
A double bedroom with 160* 200 bed with shower room and closet is also on the same level, as well as a guest toilet and a laundry room with washing machine.
Upstairs, two large master bedrooms.
The master bedroom with 160 * 200 bed on the right, has a large open bathroom and a closet.
The master bedroom with 180 * 200 bed on the left has a shower room, a closet as well as a television and a large terrace overlooking the sea.

The residence welcomes you in its green setting in the middle of the maquis and cork oaks, facing a protected Natura 2000 area and a few meters from the beach by a path that crosses the maquis.
