38 m² sea view apartment located in Le Croisic that has 1 bedroom and can accommodate 2 people. The entire apartment has been recently renovated with new furniture. It consists of a beautiful bedroom with a double bed. The open-plan kitchen, with induction hobs, is equipped with a fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, kitchen utensils, a Nespresso coffee machine, a toaster, a kettle and a citrus press. It has a 10 m2 terrace, wifi internet access, and a television.
The car park is currently under construction and therefore not available at the moment.
Located in an ideal area for families and close to shops and restaurants, the rental is located at:

- 80 m from the supermarket "Coccinelle"
- 160 m from the Croisic market
