Great stay!

We stayed here for a long weekend and it was the perfect location! Amanda was a great host and was available for any questions from check in to check out. Overall I highly recommend this as a place to stay in the Denver area!

Perfect for a large group!

Our groups thoroughly enjoyed our stay! With 9 of us in total and multiple couples, this setup was perfect for everyone to be comfortable and have their own space at a reasonable price. The living spaces are fantastic, the amenities are amazing, and overall everything was simply great!

Great Stay for CU Graduation

The house was clean, spacious, tastefully decorated and the beds were extremely comfortable! Amanda was proactive with communications and responded right away to any questions we had during our stay. We really enjoyed our gatherings down in the game room/bar area with plenty of room to hang out and play games. Definitely recommend staying here!

Quick Denver family trip

8 of us had to fly in for a family funeral and thought staying in a house together would be more convenient. The house was amazing - tons of sleeping space and the house is way bigger than it looks from the outside. I would highly recommend staying here.

Colorado Sparkler Stay

This house was a great choice for the two families we had staying here. We were in town for the Colorado Sparkler softball tournament. The house was a great size for the 8 of us and the basement was perfect for the kids!

Perfect for short family stay. Clean, open, surprisingly roomy. Very close to Arvada, Boulder and highways. Didn’t spend time outside but was great for our grown family. Much thanks!

Wonderful Experience!!

This home was perfect for our family holiday get together! Communication was great, house was clean, and it provided enough room for us and our adult children. We loved the open floor plan in the kitchen, dining, living area. The basement is great for watching TV and hanging out around the bar area. Another perk, it is close to many restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend this for either a family or friends getaway!

Peaceful bliss

This house is really great with plenty of outside sitting areas. It was close to the BJC airport and close enough to Red Rocks Amphitheater which is where the concert was we were attending. There are two sleeping areas, a bar, seating area and a foos ball table in the basement and three bedrooms upstairs. There were also two driveways. It was perfect for us!

Nice stay but overflowing garbage

We had a lovely stay here. We found the basement to be especially cozy, and we loved the built in bar. A major con however was the overflowing garbage cans out back. I wasnt given clear instructions on when to pull the trash to the curb or when pick up days are. The people staying there before us must not have gotten the memo either. I would also suggest to supply records for Maggie!

What a Gem!

We traveled to Colorado for a wedding and found this property to stay for three nights. It was IDEAL for our family of eight adults. I specifically looked for property with four bedrooms and a minimum of three baths and this property had that, PLUS a 5th king bed in the lower level separated by a curtain. The home is spacious, beautiful, has modern decor, updated appliances, outdoor seating. It's in a quiet neighborhood. Parking is under a carport. The photos and description of the property are exactly what we found. The property owners were responsive and provided all of the information we needed for a wonderful stay. We would definitely select this property again. We traveled to and from Denver each day and the commute was okay. I highly recommend reserving this property -- you won't be disappointed!

The house was set up so cute and clean! Huge kitchen and dining area great for families. Lots of comfortable seating very cozy. I would definitely stay again. It is in the perfect location to visit Denver, Golden, and tons of other beautiful places near by.

Highly recommended!!!

Everything was great about this stay!! The host responds so quickly and makes everything so easy from Check in to check out. The house is absolutely beautiful, and so incredibly clean. We had 10 adults stay comfortably in the house for a few days. It is a great location, and close to downtown Denver! I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone who wants an amazing trip to Denver to stay here!!

Great and spacious place!

The house worked out great and we had Plenty of space for everyone. Location worked out great for our group since we did some hiking trails and other activities while still close enough to downtown Denver for some drinks and night life.
