For shared use: property with plants and trees. 50 m long narrow motor access to the house. Parking on the premises. Grocery 200 m, restaurant, bus stop 200 m, sandy beach 600 m pebble beach 600 m. Nearby attractions: Varazze 8 km, Savona 8 km. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence. The villa is surrounded by grounds, part of which is reserved for the guests.

Vacances Albisola

Très bon accueil, la propriétaire et son fils parle français et très serviable. La maison type Italienne est spacieuse, et très bien equipee, dépaysement garanti., il y a une jolie terasse ombragee. L Accès à la ville et aux plages se fait à pieds. Nous avons passés de très bonnes vacances et nous y reviendrons.

Es war Liebe auf den ersten Blick. Trotz der Tatsache, dass es sich um eine historische Villa handelt, gibt es modernen Komfort wie Dusche, WC, Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Herd mit Backofen, großer Kühlschrank, TV und WLAN.Großer Gartenpark, in dem unsere Hunde genügend Platz hatten. Wir haben Erfahrung mit Privatwohnungen und ich kann nur hinzufügen - alles hat gereicht, sowohl in der Küche als auch im Schlafzimmer. Vielen Dank für Fr. A. für ihre Geduld. Kommen gerne wieder.

If you like it you should put a Ring on it

If you were beyonce you would definitly put a Ring on this sweet appartment in a really beautifull Villa! Close to the sea and with frendly owners. We will definitly come back! They are always ready to help, But you also Feld like you have the House for your own. Big Plus, we left a parasol for everyone After us there! Its Green and white, and really nice.

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana durante le vacanze di Pasqua e siamo stati molto soddisfatti

La casa è molto bella, è arredata con " mobili della nonna" decisamente gradevoli, le camere sono spaziose e ben curate.Purtroppo il maltempo non ci ha permesso di usufruire dello splendido giardino. La proprietaria è molto gentile e disponibile. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura a chi ama la tranquillità!

Een oud huis met oude faciliteiten, het is een ruim appartement met voldoende ruimte en parkeer mogelijkheid op eigen terrein. Redelijk dicht bij strand en winkeltjes. De eigenaar heeft een erg aanwezige hond, en ook de geiser laat zich veelvuldig horen, iedere keer als er ergens in huis water gepakt wordt.
