Newly renovated all new kitchen, bathrooms, furniture and appliances. Many amenities included. Private spacious backyard patio, furnished and equipped for alfresco dining.
The master bedroom includes its very own full bathroom and queen size bed, walk-in closet and 40” TV with cable. The living room also can be used for extra sleeping accommodations with a queen size pull out sofa bed and 50” TV. Deerfield beach is just south of Palm Beach County line. The island is approximately 5.5 miles long nestled between steps to sand and ocean and just walking distance to the best international fishing pier, surfing, entertainment, restaurants, shopping, and nightlife. Conveniently walk 2 miles alongside the beach by the boardwalk and paver walkway for a beautiful day or evening stroll. Doesn’t get much better than this!

Condo was very clean, modern. It is exactly as shown on VRBO. Great location. One short block to beach. Easy to communicate with owner. We enjoyed our stay.

Rest and relax

The property was spacious and clean. Really appreciated the 2cd bathroom. The lighting was great. The kitchen was well stocked. Bed was very comfortable. Deerfield beach was only 1 block away with no busy roads to cross,with the sand cleaning shower. The area has several restaurants. The juicy crab and Pho Ocean were our favorites.John was easy to communicate with. 2 lights were out and were replaced easily by the maintenance person. My only wish is that it was a 2 bedroom because it was so nice. This rental definitely raises the bar to compare other rentals to. Thank you John for sharing.

Casa Toto is centrally located in the heart of Deerfield beach. This Island is approximately 5.5 miles so it makes it conveniently located to everything just in walking distance.
