We propose you to rent, on the commune of Saint-Lary-Soulan, this charming flat of a surface of 52 m ² and being able to accomodate to 6 travellers. Located on the 3rd floor (with lift), it consists of a nice living room of 52 m², a fully equipped kitchen, two nice bedrooms and a shower room. Wifi included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 52 m² living room opening onto a balcony with TV, a double sofa bed and a dining area.
- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine...
- Bedroom 1: one double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: two single bunk beds
- A dressing room
- A shower room with WC

Outside :
- An 8m2 balcony to enjoy the beautiful days with a barbecue, a small sitting area and a garden table.
- A storeroom located at the entrance of the house, opposite the letterboxes. You will find: sledge, snow shovel, baby chair and booster seat, raclette machine, pancake machine etc.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, baby bed, ironing board and iron.

The flat is ideally located in Saint-Lary-Soulan, in a very pleasant environment with a small park in front of the residence. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...

Activities:
Located in the heart of the Pyrenean mountains, the friendly village of Saint-Lary-Soulan is both a spa and a winter and summer sports resort.
- Tourist sites: the Néouvielle nature reserve, the Troumouse cirque, the Pic du Midi de Bigorre, Saint-Bertrand-de-Comminges, Bagnères-de-Luchon...
- Sporting activities: downhill and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing in winter; hiking, mountain biking, horse riding in summer.
- Cultural visits: the Médous cave, the church of Luz-Saint-Sauveur.
- Gastronomic heritage: spit cake, garbure, Pyrenean tomme, millasson...

If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly in the flat's private car park (outside).

- Nearest airport: Toulouse-Blagnac airport located at about 2H00 by car.

- Animals are not allowed in the accommodation
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, with an extra charge, rental and payment to be made with our partner on site, expect 15€/bed linen, 10€/pack of towels/person (1 bath sheet and 1 small towel).
- The cleaning at the end of your stay is to be done by you (or available on request in supplement with our service provider on site).
