We were in the area for a work event at Road Atlanta. We spent very little time at the house because of work, but the time we did spend here was very comfortable. We were very happy to have a clean comfortable place to come back to each day.

This rental has some great features—a safe neighborhood, fenced yard for dogs, well-stocked kitchen, and responsive owners. It was kind of them to leave a bottle of wine, and we appreciated being able to bring our pets.The house could use a deeper clean—we noticed bugs, cobwebs, and an older velour bedspread that is a hair and lint magnet. I’d recommend future guests just remove the bedspread like I did, especially since the rental rules are very strict about the care of their comforters (and their brown leather couch). Be aware: after booking and paying, you’ll receive a multi-page legal agreement requiring your ID and outlining detailed rules, fines, and the owner’s right to enter the home. It felt a bit much, though I understand they’ve had issues with past renters, particularly pet owners. They will not give you the code to enter the house unless you sign their very legal agreement, even after taking your (nonrefundable) money through VRBO.Overall, it’s a decent stay if you’re tidy, follow the rules, and don’t mind a firm set of expectations.

Perfect Location

Very pleasant stay, nice quiet neighborhood. Very clean house and the kitchen was well stocked. We will definitely rent again when we return to race at Road Atlanta.

Family vacation

It was a great property. It fit 6 adults, 2 kids (teenagers) and 1 dog perfectly. Big enough so you don't feel on top of each other with a big group. But could still holler and get somones attention (lol). Will for sure think about renting again next time we're going back.

Best Experience

Eric and Cheryl were great with communicating with me and any concerns/questions we had. The property was very clean and felt like home. This was definitely one of the best bnb experiences we have had. Check in and check out was great. We will definitely be booking this house again next year for our race team!

Absolutely fantastic stay

We frequently travel with a work crew of 5-11 people and finding housing for large parties close to our working locations can be a challenge. This stay was incredible. The house itself may be the best equipped rental I’ve ever stayed in — we were able to cook family meals at home even for our large party, and had plenty of cookware and utensils. The home is clean and very well maintained. The location is awesome — close to all necessary services and a couple of towns with restaurant options. Our last evening there we all sat out back and just enjoyed the peace and quiet. This is a truly exceptional rental.

Great home convenient location

Visiting our son and his family in Athens. Beautiful home and neighborhood. Our dogs loved the fenced yard and granddaughter loved playground! Really appreciate the bottle of wine our host left us- great place. Will book again next time we visit.

Fun Bulldawg weekend

The house was clean and comfy! Visiting for UGA college visit and game weekend. It wasn’t a bad drive to Athens for all our activities and it was nice to end our day in a quiet area. I hate we didn’t have time to enjoy the back yard and fire pit but it was also a very nice set up. Homeowners are very nice and very quick to reply to all correspondence. Exceptional to work with.

Perfect location for us

We had a short trip to see some family. we were worried, because of the location, that we wouldn't be able to find anywhere close by. This house was less than a mile away from our family. It worked out perfectly. The owner was responsive and easy to work with. Thanks again for a lovely stay.

UGA graduation weekend

This house was the PERFECT UGA graduation house. Easy in to Athens and sooo much room. From the huge TVs to the well appointed kitchen, we had a great time. Owners very responsive but the home is so well kept and appointed, we really did not need a thing. We will be back with family for some UGA games and to visit the Chateau.

Work weekend

We had a class to teach in the area and could not find a nice hotel nearby so went looking online for a rental property and came across this place. It was just perfect and a great location. Quiet neighborhood. The host were awesome people that made the process of renting it very easy going and not stressful at all. Everything was just awesome ! Beautiful home, and experience

The home was very nice, clean, except for the spider in tub and no laundry detergent to wash things in the letter left on property. We did not like being accused of breaking a salt and pepper shaker that was already taped and broken pushed back on the counter and the kitchen towels that they stated we took. That was ABSOLUTELY not true. Other than that, the home was amazing and the female host was absolutely amazingly nice!
