Large, child friendly, comfortable house "Antonia". In the centre of Marina di Pietrasanta, in a central position, 500 m from the sea, 500 m from the beach. Private: garden 150 m2 (fenced) flowers and trees, natural garden, swimming pool round, fenced (4 x 4 m, 4 m diameter, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 08.Apr. - 31.Oct.). Garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Heating available only from 01.Nov. - 15.Apr.. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Leider kalt und feucht

Unser Aufenthalt mit 2 Familien war grundsätzlich sehr schön. Jedoch hatten wir 9 Grad teils und ohne Heizung und nur mit Bettlaken leider viel zu kalt. Heizung darf angeblich im Oktober nicht angestellt werden. Zudem leider fast alle Schränke kaputt, sofa nur fur 2 Personen vorhanden. Sehr Schade. Schränke und

Preis-Leistung Verhältnis unbefriedigend

Das Haus ist sehr alt, sowie das Inventar. Ihr dürft gerne mal alles erneuern. Sauberkeit war sehr mangelhaft. Klimaanlage wäre zu empfehlen einzubauen. Die Lage war jedoch gut.
