In the house: internet access, washing machine. Motor access to the house. Public parking 300 m. Shop, restaurant 100 m, bus stop 1.7 km, pebble beach, rocky beach 300 m. Tennis 500 m, walking paths from the house 1 km, cycle lane 1 km.
3-room semi-detached house 200 m2 on 2 levels. Comfortable furnishings: living/dining room with panoramic window with 1 double sofabed and open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), satellite TV and air conditioning. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 6 gas rings, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine). On the lower ground floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC. Sep. WC. Heating (extra). Marvellous panoramic view of the sea. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Maximum 1 small pet/ dog allowed. On the ground floor: tavern with open fireplace and large dining table.

Vrsar

Tolle Unterkunft mitten in der Altstadt neben der Kirche. Fantastischer Ausblick, wunderbare Lage, wenn man gerne zu Fuß unterwegs ist, sehr gute Ausstattung und jede Menge Platz! Sehr netter Vermieter, der uns im Ort an der Tankstelle abgeholt hat und uns den Weg gezeigt hat, wir kommen gerne bald wieder!

Einzige bemängelung war das parken im Ort und der Parkplatz war zu weit entfernt von der Unterkunft

Ferienhaus mit erheblichen Mängeln - 2/5

Positive: Sehr gute Lage bestätigt, oberer Bereich mit tollem Ausblick wie beschrieben. Freisitz nicht genutzt (zu umständlich, nicht direkt an Wohnung). Negative: Schimmel im Schlafzimmer, Putz fiel ins Gesicht/Kinderbett, unzureichend Warmwasser bei 6 Personen, stinkende Schränke machten Nutzung unmöglich, ein Zimmer ohne Stauraum, gefährliche Steckdosen fallen aus Wand, keine Feuermelder vorhanden. Interhome-Qualitätsversprechen nicht erfüllt. Nicht empfehlenswert

Ruhige Altstadtwohnung mit Charakter

Vorab: die Aussicht vom Wohnzimmer ist unschlagbar! Die Betten sind bequem und die Küche ist vollständig eingerichtet. Um die Wohnung zu erreichen sind immer einige Gassen und Treppen zu überwinden, aber das lohnt sich. Der Sitzplatz ist nicht direkt von der Wohnung aus erreichbar und wurde daher von uns nicht genutzt.

Wunderbares Ferienhaus

Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt, es ist wirklich so toll wie auf den Fotos. Die Vermieter sind total nett und hilfsbereit. Es ist nur ein kurzes Stück ans Meer und um die Ecke gab es leckere Restaurants. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!
