Hello,

I rent this charming house in the heart of the Bercé forest (6,000 hectares) with a heated swimming pool available from May. LE MANS just 20 minutes away!

This house, fully renovated in 2021, is located amidst horses and woods in a peaceful setting with no neighbors.

Beautiful walks in the heart of the forest! Peace and quiet guaranteed!

Sleeps 14 (plus a travel cot)

Amenities: Barbecue, oven, beer dispenser, blender, microwave, washing machine, linens, towels, 2 fridge-freezers, TV and Wi-Fi in all rooms, high chair, travel cot.

Games available: ping-pong table, darts, pétanque, ball with goal, shuffleboard...

Hiking, cycling, and horseback riding are also available.

2 hours from Paris, 30 from Le Mans, 1 hour from Tours, and 20 minutes from the 24 Hours of Le Mans.

Très bel hébergement en pleine nature entourée d’un bel espace avec des chevaux. Le logement est fidèle à l’annonce et globalement bien équipé. L’arrivée et le départ en toute autonomie nous ont permis de pouvoir gérer nos contraintes à la perfection. Je recommande cet hébergement pour une déconnexion en pleine nature en famille ou entre amis!

Lieu idéal pour passer un bon moment entre amis. la maison est entourée de champ dans lesquels il ya une dizaine de chevaux, c'est très agréable. La maison est très agréable, propre, convivialeattention, 1 seul toilette qui se trouve ... dans la cuisineLa piscine est chauffée, Note : il n'y aucun réseau téléphonique (ce que d'aucun y verra comme un avantage) et internet ne fonctionne pas. Idéal pour se ressourcer.

Nous avons passé 3 jours très agréables chez Olivier. La maison est idéale pour 12 personnes, et parfaitement équipée. La literie est très confortable et le poêle qui chauffe tout le salon est un vrai plus. Nous avons apprécié le fait d’être comme « seuls au monde », uniquement entourés des chevaux. Nous reviendrons !

Location "trop jeune" pour le prix vendu

Nous avons malheureusement eu l'impression d'essuyer les pots cassés. Pas de procédure d'arrivée, l'accès au local table de ping-pong n'était pas très intuitif, la piscine NON chauffée la moitié du séjour (car problème de vanne et de pompe à chaleur...) réglage des portes fenêtres à refaire (les enfants n'arrivaient pas à les fermer), croisement du groupe suivant alors que nous n'étions pas partis (recouvrement de location de 24 heures... comment est-ce possible ? problème lié à Abritel)... et une prestation de ménage payée chaque jour (80 euros) pour un seul passage (problème lié à Abritel également ?)... Beaucoup de petites choses qui nous ont un peu chagriné. Mais le site est très bien, très calme, perdu au milieu de la verdure. La PISCINE AU SEL (une fois chaude) EST UN VRAI PLUS... Si toutes ces petites choses sont corrigées (ce dont nous ne doutons pas car le propriétaire semble de bonne foi), les locataires suivants devaient passer un très bon séjour...
