Full luxury in breathtaking natural beauty. Remote and private. So quiet you can hear your heart beat. At night, no city lights disturb your view of the star-studded sky.
From this 1,475 square foot Casita, you'll enjoy panoramic 360-degree views: Abiquiu Lake, miles of mesas, rolling hills, and the magnificent red cliffs surrounding the famous Ghost Ranch. To the south you'll see the 10,000-foot mountain known as El Pedernal, which Georgia O'Keefe made famous in her paintings, along with much of the near landscape.
Our Casita was built in 2008, and designed by a local architect in a southwestern yet modern style. It's fully furnished for comfort. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, including a Bosch gas stove with heavy gauge grills for those who really love to cook.
Check out the Master bathroom: you can choose between a slate shower or a deep soaking tub to soothe your body after an invigorating hike in the nearby Jemez Mountains. Besides the 2 bedrooms, each with Queen beds, there is a Full Size Air Mattress RAISED Inflatable Bed with Built-in High Capacity Airbed Pump and Fitted Sheets with Bed Skirt for use in the Great Room overlooking the lake.

Finally, we decided that it was time to buy a place, not only to use as a getaway for ourselves, but for friends and family alike. We also want to introduce others to Abiquiu and Northern NM, so we’ve decided to make this a vacation getaway for you as well. We know you’ll be enchanted by NM as we have been.
