Excellent Stay!

The stay was wonderful! The pictures of the home do not do it justice. The modern and clean living spaces were wonderful, and the heated pool and spa were wonderful! Micaiah was very responsive and helpful with any questions or requests. There were complimentary snacks and beverages which were an excellent touch! Would recommend this home!

Beautiful new home, gorgeous view, and perfect getaway from it all.

This house was spectacular. My small family of 3 rented it to have a getaway to Joshua Tree National Park. The home and its view were so amazing, though, that we wanted to stay at the house more than we expected. The house was beautifully appointed. The pool was amazing. We used it just for one day and hiked the park the other days. The house has sleek lines, brand new furniture, and everything you need during these times (strong wifi, cable, netflix, and desert views). The house is in a Yucca Valley neighborhood up on a hill and the views in person were better than the pictures in the photos. Finally, the host was great and left us lots of water and snacks upon arrival.

Very Pleasant Stay

Overall I would give the stay a 4.5 but it was definitely a solid stay. My group and I had a lovely staycation at Micaiah's home. He was extremely quick to respond and very pleasant. His home was comfortable for 3 couples and he had all the amenities needed. However, there were a couple areas we believed could be improved. First, there are no blinds/curtains in the two bedrooms. Also, the master had curtains but only to block the neighbors' view. This was inconvenient since we love to sleep and two of the bedrooms can be fully viewed inside from the pool area. Secondly, the refrigerator was stocked with so many beverages and snacks (for a cost) that we had difficulty fitting our groceries inside. If you're staying for a long period of time, you would have very limited space unless you take them all out and replace them at the end of your stay. This is a new listing, so these issues are forgivable. Overall it's a great home and you can tell Micaiah wants his guests to be happy. P.S. You may want to ask for exact directions when you get into the neighborhood. Google Maps will send you down the street. Very difficult to figure out if you're driving in at night.

Comfortable brand new retreat with pool/jacuzz and views

I rented this house for a week in January with a friend. The place is just great. California was in lock down so no restaurants were seating; we spend the whole in the house, basically. And we enjoyed our time thoroughly. Because its January, I was expecting the pool to be heated. But it was 70+ degrees and wanted to swim, so we worked out a deal and the owner would heat the pool or jacuzzi whenever we wanted. It was soooo nice. The owner is very nice, friendly, and responsive.
