With a surface area of 42 m² (plus an additional 29 m² under 1.80 m in height), the apartment is situated on the 1st floor of Building B (no lift). The south-facing balcony offers plenty of natural light and open views.

Bedroom 2: two pull-out beds
Bedroom 3: bunk beds (top bunk not suitable for children under 6)
