Cocoonr agency offers for rent, in Saint-Malo 300 meters from the corsair city intra-muros, this charming through apartment with a beautiful unobstructed view of the Duguay Trouin basin, 200 meters from the Sillon beach, with a surface area of 80 m² and can accommodate up to 4 travelers. Very bright, because located on the 3ᵉ floor (with elevator) without vis-à-vis, it consists of a pretty living room of 30 m², an open kitchen equipped, two beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom and a balcony ideal for taking an aperitif watching the animation of the port. We're waiting for you!

The apartment comprises
- A 30 m² living room with TV, sofa, armchairs and dining area.
- Open-plan kitchen with appliances including oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Nespresso coffee machine...
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190).
- Bedroom 2: two single beds.
- Bathroom with shower.
- Separate WC.

Exterior:
- A balcony with furniture to enjoy the sunny days and the view.

For even greater comfort: washing machine, ironing board and iron, hairdryer, baby high chair and cot (on request when you book, we can install a cot for your baby. For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not provide mattresses, apart from the one already included with the cot. Please feel free to bring your own if you wish).

In the Sillon district, you're just one block from the main beach on foot, as well as from all amenities. And a 2-minute walk from the Intra-Muros historic center, or from the Palais des Congrès and Espace Duguay Trouin if you're here on business. The thalassa center is a 15-minute walk away.

Activities :
An ancient corsair town, the fortified city of Saint-Malo is built on a rock. With its magnificent ramparts, it offers a magnificent panorama of the sea and the Channel Islands of Jersey, Guernsey and Sark. A walk around the ramparts is a must, but neither is the city of Robert Surcouf and Jacques Cartier, with its picturesque cobbled streets, rich shipowners' houses and château, whose keep houses the Musée d'Histoire de la Ville et du Pays Malouin. In Saint-Malo, you can watch live the high tides or the start of the Route du Rhum, visit the Fort National at low tide, built according to Vauban's plans, discover Chateaubriand's tomb on the islet of Grand Bé, take a boat tour of Saint-Malo Bay...

Numerous bars and restaurants within walking distance, such as the Dock on the quayside, a bar-restaurant that's often very lively on concert or match nights. A loft atmosphere in this industrially decorated building.
La Cabane sur les quais offers a seafood buffet.
Tombelaine Coquillage offers the best seafood platters to take away.
Intra-Muros and chaussée du sillon offer a wide range of restaurants, some of them right on the waterfront.
Go and admire Saint-Malo from the top of the Ambassadeur Hotel with its Rooftop (hotel rooftop bar).

Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you'll be able to park close to the accommodation, with a garage at your disposal.

- Bus: bus station at the bottom of the building.
- Nearest train station: Saint Malo station, about 10 minutes' walk away.
- Nearest airport: Pleurtuit-Dinard airport located about 18 minutes away by car and Rennes airport located about 1H away by car.
