    Nous avons passé une semaine dans ce petit appartement en juillet 2025. Pour 2 personnes, c’est idéal. Il est très, très bien situé, près de la mer, du marché couvert, de la rue Saint Jean… et au calme ( à part les mouettes). Beaucoup de rangement, très pratique, de la vaisselle en quantité, une bonne literie. On voit que les propriétaires l’utilisent. Et cerise sur le gâteau, il dispose d’un parking privé et d’un local vélo. Au niveau propreté, c’est propre si vous n’êtes pas maniaque. Tout est relatif.

    bilan très mitigé

    Le bien proposé est un studio cabine et non un T2 comme il est fait allusion dans l'annonce. La chambre annoncée est en fait le séjour qui devient chambre en transformant le divan en lit. Il est donc possible de loger 4 personnes grâce aux 2 lits superposés de la cabine. En revanche, très compliqué de faire vivre 4 personnes dans ce studio. Nous avons renoncé au projet que nous avions d'inviter notre petit-fils avec sa mère, ne serait-ce que pour une nuit. En résumé, très correct pour un couple mais pas plus et le rapport qualité/prix n'est pas très bon
