My beautiful nicely furnished 1st floor unit has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Extremely comfortable pillowtop mattresses on each bed which includes 1 queen size bed in the master bedroom and 2 full size beds in the second bedroom. Each bedroom has a private bathroom and is also furnished with their own TV. Other amenities include a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, microwave and dishwasher. Dining room is complete with table and chairs. A laundry room with new washer and dryer, iron and ironing board are located in the condo for your convenience. Living room is equipped with ample seating and a flat screen TV. Living room has a beautiful view of the lake. The pool is steps away from the front door and equipped with plenty of chairs. Parking is available in front of condo.

The perfect place for your next golf or family vacation. Myrtlewood Villas is nestled along the lush, rolling fairways of Myrtlewood Golf Club yet conveniently located to other golf courses such as Grand Dunes, Pine Lakes and River Oaks. It is also conveniently located minutes from Broadway at the Beach, Planet Hollywood, Hard Rock Cafe, Myrtle Waves water park, miniature golf, the beach and many of the area's most popular attractions as well as 10 minutes from the airport. Playing in the Cal Ripken tournament? We are your accommodation headquarters.

You must be over 25 years of age to rent this condo. Pets and/or smoking are not permitted. A $200.00 security deposit is required. Cancellation within three weeks of rental will result in loss of security deposit.

These first class accommodations are perfect for a long weekend, a sun filled summer week or a monthly retreat in the fall and winter.

We really enjoyed are stay, the unit was clean and most everything you need is in the unit. The owner said the furniture in the living room couch & love seat would be updated after the busy summer season. The owners were very friendly and accommodating.

We came for a week to visit the beach which is about a ten minute drive from the condo. The space was clean and roomy with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Communication with the host was great. There are several pools in the community which my kids loved. Overall great experience.

This condo is very nice, very clean, the beds are so comfortable, in a very quiet neighborhood, the kitchen is complete with every utensil and appliance you could need, there’s a whole shelf full of board games, books, puzzles, and DVDs in case you’re looking for something to do in your down time. The host was very quick to respond to messages. No complaints at all-I highly recommend.

Just what we needed

There was plenty of room for all four of us, which included two adults and two 13 y/o boys. The neighborhood is nice with plenty of swimming pools and bbq grills throughout. The condo is exactly like the listing. Very clean with all amenities. There were plenty of board games for us to play. We especially enjoyed the screened in patio. What an oasis! The perfect place for morning coffee and evening tv. The host, Kristi, was very responsive the one time i needed to contact her. This was a great stay. Easy check in and check out.

Perfect condo near attractions and Ripken baseball fields

Stayed for my son’s Ripken tournament! Location was perfect. Communication was great! Adorable condo with everything you need! Would have given 5 stars, but felt like cleaning crew could have been a little more thorough. Blankets and mattress pads had some leaves and debris on them and we found a peanut shell on the floor by one of the beds and a half eaten bag of Doritos in the nightstand. Definitely wouldn’t deter us from staying again though. Furnishings were nice and bathrooms were clean. Lovely community!

Exactly as described

The property was exactly as described, easy check-in, instructions and very well stocked. We brought beach supplies (chairs, umbrella, etc,) only to fins that the property had beach items available for our use. We had stayed at a friends condo unit in this same complex for many years and were familiar with the layout and requirements, however the upgrades in this unit (flooring, kitchen counter and refrigerator) were very nice. Screened in porch, nearby grill and umbrella table, nearby walking trail made it all very nice.

Our condo was beautiful and had everything you could ever need - even more dishes and pots and pans than my own house haha. Neighborhood was so peaceful! 10 min drive to the beach. Couldn’t have asked for anything better! Owner answered all my questions timely whenever I had any. You won’t be disappointed!!
