Your perfect holiday villa is set in a 4000m2 plot of land, filled with blooming, colourful wild flowers.

Located in the dining terrace, is a traditional pizza oven & BBQ set up that you are more than welcome to use.

Relax in a wonderful garden, filled with olive & fruit trees

West terrace of the villa you have an astounding view of the national park, with complete relaxing privacy.

South terrace includes a gorgeous sea view, sighting of Naxos island in the distance, simple way to ease your mind into complete comfort.

8 terrace and balconies in total, all of which are protected from the strong winds. Couple of which are under shade, so you can enjoy a peaceful lunch, Others open roof ideal for sunbathing, and views of the bright lit moon & stars views at night to enjoy while sipping on some cocktails.

Why they chose this property

My parents built this house in 1990 to move in as our main home. It was standing alone on top of Santa Maria hill with almost no other houses around. They built it in a very much traditional style influenced by original Cycladic architecture. Everyone who I have hosted are stunned by the view of the house which is breathtaking as it is next to a natural park so there are stunning views & great landscapes.
