Orange Beach is a family-friendly beachfront town. Some activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand.

2. No Smoking in condo or on balcony.
3. Parking passes are purchased at the front desk upon arrival (limit 2).
4. Pets are NOT allowed.

6. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.

Beautiful and clean condo

Very beautiful and relaxing

This is one of my favorite properties because of the ammenities. Lazy river, pools, hot tubs, bay with beach and boat slips. The view is amazing.

Yoopers come south…

Beautiful and welcoming condo. Accommodations were wonderful it was very nice and clean but some updates should be done to the dated appliances and furniture. It was unfortunate that the main window view is obstructed by a foggy window from broken seal and no blinds. Very easy to communicate with host and no issues. Make sure to bring your condiments.

Orange Beach 2023 trip

Loved everything in the condo. Only regrets are there is no slide and they closed indoor pool one night.

Nice place

It really was a nice place. The only problem was that the jacuzzi did not work and the washing machine sounded like it was going to break down at any moment. Otherwise it was great.

Condo needs maintenance

We actually left early. Popcorn ceiling in bathroom began to fall on us. Blinds in window had been torn down and the glare from the sun made it impossible to watch the TV for a couple of hours a day. Property management was great and found us another condo. If maintenance was done, it would be a great condo.

THERE IS NO SLIDE!!!!

The reason why we booked this room was because of the boat dock that came with the room..... of course after we got down there and the boat in the water, we were not able to pull our boat up because there was a boat already in our boat slip. I called Phoenix on the Bay 2 and they told me since our room was booked through a private customer, I had to contact him. I did and the guy was very rude. Hung up on me. Then sent me a "text" to let me know the boat slip was supposed to be mine. That is all that was done. But Phoenix on the Bay NO LONGER HAS A SLIDE! That would have been nice to know about. Oh and they also no longer have the tubes for the lazy river so if you want to lay around in it, you best bring floats!

Phoenix on the Bay II

The condo was nice and well appointed. The view was awesome. The balcony was large, which was very nice. There was a long couch on the balcony that was nice and comfortable. The lounge chair was cheap and flimsy so you may want to bring your own. There were some blinds missing from the long curtain in the living room. It didn't look good. I'm not sure if anyone can see through the sliding glass doors, but it they can, it can be a privacy issue. Not a big deal, but it needs to be addressed. The king size bed in the master bedroom is comfortable and had a foam topper on it that was nice. My main gripe that I had is the washer. VERY noisy. That definitely needs to be fixed. It does work and will wash your clothes. The jacuzzi tube didn't work. I let them know when they emailed me to check on things. A repair man showed up next day while we were taking showers after a bike ride. I told him we were headed out and didn't have time to stand by while he worked on it. We were going to be there for only another day so we just said forget it. But my wife was disappointed the first night when it didn't work. We spent four nights in the condo. And we were busy during the day each day we were there. But the condo was very nice and the views are great, so it's worth staying there. The management emailed us to make sure everything was going well. We may book again in the future.

Didn’t love it

Let’s start with the property. As you can see in the photos from multiple websites there is a water slide pictured. It was only after booking I learned it was not a water slide . Parking - we booked using beach getaway and the only mention of $55 parking pass was not located in the contract but on the guestbook text message. I never opened the text as it was labeled guestbook which is by definition something people sign. Now on to the unit. The unit is cute and has a great view. The unit is also in dire need of a deep clean. There were hairs made up in the linen. We had to wash the sheets as soon as we arrived. The fans and beds are dusty. The pans under the stove are greasy and that warmer is filthy. The carpet is dirty. It’s green plush which is on the lighter side but Stanley steamers is a couple bucks. One of the chairs in the unit is literally on its last leg and the table is a safety hazard. The table has one suction holding the heavy glass table. The unit does not have a full length mirror so getting ready was an issue for me all week. The master bedroom fan does not work so we had to buy a fan. The batteries in the remotes are going dead. The mattress needs to be turned or rotated. The private beach listed should not be called a beach as it’s basically where the boat dock. Overall I will not be booking here again. The property needs to have at least a vending machine onsite as you have to leave for any and everything. It gives Econo stay not resort.
