Located 350 metres from the ski slopes and just 50 metres from shops, this spacious apartment offers a prime central location, with a free shuttle stop directly in front of the residence. It is situated on the 4th floor with lift access and offers 60 m² of living space, without a balcony.
The apartment includes a bedroom with a 160 cm double bed and en-suite shower room, a second bedroom with two single bunk beds (top bunk not suitable for children under 6), and a living room with a double sofa bed. A separate bathroom, an additional en-suite shower room, and separate toilet complete the layout.
The kitchen is equipped with an oven (please set the clock to operate it), a microwave, four vitroceramic hobs, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, and a filter coffee maker. A flat-screen TV is available in the living area.
The apartment features individual electric heating and hot water. A private ski locker (no. 25) is located on level 1. Paid outdoor parking spaces are available behind the residence. This is a non-smoking accommodation, and pets are not allowed.
