Liam's Place near Downtown/ Mercedes Benz Stadium

This newly renovated unit is 5 minutes to downtown, Georgia Aquarium, The World of Coca-Cola, and the Mercedes Benz Stadium. About 15 minutes from the Airport. The apartment unit is within walking distance of local restaurants & shops, Atlanta beltline, and the new Rodney Cook Sr Park. It is in a transitional neighborhood with many constructions but it does look a little rough. This BnB is overall a fantastic location, has high-speed internet, and is super convenient with free parking.

* The unit is newly renovated and is on the second floor with about 15 steps
* This property is located in a part of town that is a little older and has a higher crime rate compared to the city's average. I have not had any incidents since owning this property. However, for extra precaution, I do have exterior security cameras on the property. Just remember to always lock your vehicle and the property
* You will love the central & convenient location of this BnB for all the tourist attractions.

My friend and I came down to Atlanta for a few days to go to Dragon Con. This was the perfect place to come back to after the Con. Despite you being in the city, there was minimal through traffic, with no real traffic noise, very minimal noise from the neighbors. The 2bedroom it self was nicely updated and very secure.

It was a decent stay. Location was very close to Mercedes Benz stadium which is why we chose it. Beds were comfortable. Pictures are accurate but the place feels smaller than it looks. There is no double sofa bed, just a regular couch that does not turn into a bed. Couch was also dirty. The AC only cooled the house at night, even when on during the day. It would be 80 degrees in the apartment despite the AC being on. Overall I would stay again due to the ease of getting to concerts/events, if I planned to be out of the unit most of the day.

BE CAREFUL

Be very careful this location is a ton worse than what they say. Also, we got there and there were already people staying there! Supposedly it got doubled booked... So, we were left trying to quickly find another place to stay for that night and the whole weekend. The only good thing that came from this booking is that once calling vrbo directly they were able to get in touch with the host and allow us to get our money back.

Really not the best

The place looked just like it did on the pictures but they did hide some things like some doorhandles were broke and the Wi-Fi really didn’t work even though the owner has posted free Wi-Fi and the second night I found a living cockroach crawling around I also found there was rust in the freezer With old food the silverware was also not the best it look like they have never been cleaned but The house wasn’t far from anything in the city

Decent place, not the most appealing neighborhood

The place itself was decent, host was friendly but I have to be honest. The couch was filled with stains there was not enough towels or tissue and I thought adding the appropriate count of people that were staying helped make the correct accommodations. There was only one mirror which was small, and dealing with preteens that was an issue. Batteries were missing from the remotes and we felt a bit exposed with no blinds or any shading on the front door. The neighborhood was not the best, abandoned and burnt houses all around but it was quiet. Beds slept good and it was a decent location, not far from our planned events like the Aquarium, etc. We made do but if I could have chose different I would have.

Lovely Unit

The unit was lovely but we found mold the morning after our arrival. It was clearly visible in the bathroom (along with a potential water leak?) and on the AC vent in the bathroom and one of the bedrooms. Seems like the property manager or cleaning service should have been able to see it. I contacted the homeowner and told him we had to leave and was not contacted other than to ask for pictures. By that time we had left, but it seems a little silly that they wouldn't even offer some kind of reimbursement.

Very nice place just bad area

Even though it's a bad area I had no trouble at all but just know if you can review area before you book if it's not your cup of tea.
