This quaint 1 bedroom villa is located in Holetown, St James. Close to all local amenities such as: supermarkets, coffee shops, sunset crest beach club swimming pool, beach and many more.

This villa has a beautiful garden surrounding it, you can choose to sit outside or under the covered patio.

With a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living room you can relax in your home away from home. There are ceiling fans in the living room and Air Conditioning in the bedroom. The bedroom can be made up of either a King Bed or two singles.

Nice little property in a good area close to everything you need we didn’t use the pool so can’t comment overall beautiful small apartment

Amazing Stay

I had a great stay. Chloe explained the process and ensured I had everything i needed for my stay. I would definitely encourage this spot as it is close to everthing and allows for peace of mind.

Great villa - home from home

Fabulous place - had everything we needed . Great location for exploring . We were on our honeymoon and we would highly recommend Chloe’s place to couples visiting Barbados . Only 5 mins from the beach and Massey superstore . Short walk to many bars and restaurants .

Perfect location

My sister and I had a wonderful time in Barbados once again! It was our 5th time visiting the island and the first time staying at Chloe’s in Holetown and we must stay the location was perfect for us! Walking distance to the beaches, grocery store, cafés and many restaurants! The one bedroom property was clean and located in a quiet area. Definitely recommend!

Sun crest Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was excellent, close to grocery shopping, restaurants and especially the beach house. The pool was only a short 5 minute walk away and the facilities were great. The sunsets were a highlight each evening, The property had all the essential amenities and the IPTV and Netflix made us feel right at home. Well done Chloe.

The property is as described. There are lots of extras in the property such as beach towels and beach chairs. The bed was comfy and the living room, bathroom & kitchen are very well appointed. My wife also appreciated the large washing machine and drying area in the garden (washing line & pegs). The host is excellent and I can't rate her highly enough for communication and support. Access oit the beach club was also very easy, as was access to all the nearby amenities, with the Supermarket, shopping centre, Bars & restaurants and the beach all nearby and within walking distance. My only concern would be that we went out of season and the area is very quiet, so no real neighbours for added security.

Amazing!

Third time in Barbados in the same neighborhood for my 8yo son and I. Great communication with Chloé and fantastic stay! We love the short walk to the private and secure pool and access to the beautiful little beach. The restaurants are great and we enjoyed the night dive in the submarine and even swam with a turtle at the beach! Thanks!

2 weeks of heaven

12th visit to the island in last 25 years, this time to celebrate my 60th. Didn’t disappoint. Despite thinking I knew Barbados well, we found new places to visit and things to do. The apartment was the perfect base. Clean, comfortable and had everything we needed, including access to the excellent Beach Hoise. I would absolutely recommend this place if you want to have the ultimate Caribbean adventure and all your home comforts.

Chloe's place was fantastically located easy walk to beaches, excellent snorkeling, and the grocery store. The Villa had everything we needed for our stay to cook and AC for a comfort. Plenty of Linens and towels. Unfortunately the pool was unavailable while we were there but Chloe worked to accommodate us. When the pool is available it is lovely and beautifully located right on the beach. Very safe feeling area and good restaurants nearby.

Peaceful, relaxing Environment.

The villa (condo) was set at the end in a block of 4. Well equipped for home cooking, all amenities provided for my needs. Even had International menu,for the TV ideal during World Cup this was a bonus. The host was excellent in answering my request. Furnishing comfortable and adequate for Two or even 3 if required. Close to Holetown amenities. All my needs catered for in the property and around the area.

Fantastic place to stay, fab host and brilliant location

Perfect place for us to stay for me and my wife for 3 nights, location is fab and 3min walk to the main road in Holetown. Host was exceptional, the best I have ever experienced, so kind and helpful. Spotless clean, excellent service.

Perfect

The host Chloe was delightful, helpful and interested in our having the best time we could have. The villa is perfect for a couple with everything you need for either a long or short holiday. Location couldn’t be better as it’s a short walk to the beach but set back in a lovely quiet neighbourhood. Shops within walking distance, loads of eateries to choose from too. Sean on the corner sells fresh produce at a much lower price than the supermarket, having usually picked it himself from the farms. If in doubt don’t hesitate to ask someone, anyone for advice, the Bajans are happy to see you and are always pleased to help.

Exactly what I was looking for

For those traveling on a budget, this little accommodation definitely provides undisputed value. I had a few delays because of covid quarantine backups, so was only able to use the place 48 hours after arrival. During the delay, the property manager kept in touch and was there to provide access as soon as I was free from quarantine. The unit was well appointed with several complimentary items. This helped to delay that supermarket visit. One of the nice things was my own washing machine; that speaks for it self. The neighborhood is quite walkable with three coffee shops, a major supermarket and ATM within 5 minutes. The beach is practically across the street! After a day at the beach, you're assured of a great sleep as the area is super quiet. All in all, I would stay here again.
