In the house you will find:

• Mezzanine bedroom: bedding 2*90*200 (convertible into 180*200, large dressing room
• Mezzanine children's cabin: bunk beds 90×190, wardrobe and storage
• Bathroom: 1 sink, bath and shower, hairdryer, heated towel rail, washing machine
• Independent toilet
• Garden/Terrace: Wooden terrace 18 m² facing the dune, garden furniture, aperitif area with deck chairs for relaxation, gas plancha, storage boxes for surfing, kitesurfing, beach games, parasol
• Baby: Baby cot, high chair, safety gate and bathtub on request at the time of booking.

Board games, petanque balls, parasol, ironing board and safe are at your disposal.

For added convenience, the following services are included:

• Bed linen and towels (beds are made on arrival)
• Departure cleaning (we ask you to leave the house in good condition: empty bins, dishes done, plancha and coffee maker cleaned.... If creativity in terms of decoration has led you to modify it, please put the decoration and furniture back in their original place). Otherwise, a flat rate of 80 € will be charged in addition (a deposit of this amount will be requested on arrival)
• WIFI, Netflix
• Swimming pool of the residence (from June 1st to September 15th)
• Private outdoor parking
• Bike and board storage

Cleaning, sheets and towels are included only for stays of at least 7 nights. Below that, they are available as an option: 80€ for cleaning and 10€/person for sheets and towels (a deposit check will be requested on arrival).

2 adult bicycles can also be made available on request at the time of booking (15 €/week/bike)

Dogs allowed on request only. For any breed of dog losing its hair and/or long-haired, cleaning does not include cleaning related to the presence of the dog (hair, possible marks on the windows, etc.) at the expense of travelers and will give rise to an additional charge of 25 €.
The accommodations are non-smoking. Smokers will enjoy the outdoors while paying attention to the wooden deck.

A deposit check of €2000 will be required upon arrival.
In July and August, stays are only possible from Saturday to Saturday and for whole weeks
