Feels like HOME

I loved staying here it is close to everything, it could use a little updating (maybe a new couch). Very clean and the kitchen has everything you would need.Just bring your bathing suit walk out the door and jump in pool.

Beyond our expectations!

We rented 3 condos for a week as a Christmas gift for our three children and their children. That April week flew by and everyone loved our choice in Win-San condos. Everyone raved about how much they loved the condos. They were clean, had comfortable furniture and beds, plenty of towels, patio seating and even a propane gas grill for our use. Our grandchildren consisted of two infants, a toddler and three older children. We were very pleased with the kids toys/games available Baby items needed rented and management were very helpful in providing the necessary information to accomplish this for an easy check-in and naps not missed! The large pool was a definite hit and thankfully the weather cooperated and we enjoyed a beautiful Florida week. The convenience of having grocery stores, restaurants, and souvenir shops nearby was extremely helpful too. We highly recommend this hidden gem and plan on returning in the future.

C102 is a gem

Win-San C102 is a great unit. It is near the pool and has a view of the beach from the porch. The beds are very comfortable and The kitchen has a great variety of utensils.

Wonderful!

This unit is beautifully decorated! The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed and we loved being able to step out of the patio door and be at the pool. We can't wait to stay there again!

Lovely Sun Condo

This unit is on the sunny side of the complex right in front of the heated pool. Watching the sun come up in the mornings was great.

Excellent

Lovely place. The kitchen was well stocked. The king bed was comfy and the bedroom was spacious. It was just the two of us butWe liked that the porch was right next to the pool. The lawn chairs facing the beach were perfect for sunning and people watching. We enjoyed our stay. It was a very nice complex.

This condo has an excellently stocked kitchen. The beds are very comfortable. I love the floors. We have stayed in this condo several times over the past 30 years. We have a large family vacation during the same week in June so I've seen several of the other condos and C102 is very nice.

Great Room

C102 is a great room, the kitchen has everything you could want for creating vacation meals. The beds are comfortable and there's plenty of seating area. I love the new rug in the main room.. it looks just like cool piece of wood. WinSan is where we gather for our family trip each June. This year was a small group, only 42 of us.

Fair

We love the condo, but the management did a poor job this year. The rooms were not cleaned well, and jack hammering construction work started before 8 am and left dust that was not cleaned up. This type of work needs to be done in the off season, not in June.

Good

We have been staying in C-102 for 13 years and find the unit attractive and comfortable, with good beds and plenty of storage. The vertical blinds fall apart so easily that after a few days, we just leave those sections on the floor. And there was only one kitchen towel. The dishwasher detergent pods furnished by housekeeping were so old that they did not dissolve. The main thing we would like is ceiling fans for the bedrooms. I think this would save money in the long run. Over all, we love the condo and Win San in general.

Great location… bad management

I have been staying at the Win San for years and it seems as though the property management team isn’t invested like they once were. There were cigarette butts all over our outdoor patio along with a cup full of ashes (which the property is suppose to be non-smoking). The sheets felt dirty, as if they had sand in them, the floors where not cleaned, there was a box of old pizza in our fridge when we checked in along with a bowl of moldy vegetables/fruit on top of the fridge. What am I paying a cleaning fee for when the property isn’t cleaned? I very rarely saw anybody from the property management team out cleaning the pool area. Windows are supposed to be washed every Saturday but I did not see anybody for the two weeks I was there. It’s a shame because this location is ideal for experiencing Flagler Ave and all that New Smyrna has to offer.

C-102

Tara, As you know, we have rolled over next year for unit C102, but wanted you to be aware of the below issues with this unit. I believe we have rented this unit for the past 5+ years, and found it to be the same (meaning no upgrades or repairs). Below is a list of concerns we experienced last week. 1. Ceiling leaked between the kitchen and dining area (Thursday & Friday nights). NOT GOOD ! It looked like the stain had been there awhile and not repaired. 2. Dining room chairs were very unstable, had been unsuccessfully "repaired" with Gorilla glue but were still very wobbly. 3. The Living room sofa was very uncomfortable and could not be slept on with any comfort. 4. NO Ceiling fans in either bed room ! This would be very beneficial to keep air circulating and not be expensive at all to install. 5. 2nd bedroom had a full and twin bed. The full was not comfortable at all. Would recommend a better mattress and possibly a Queen bed. 6. The refrigerator light did not work and believe it has been out over the past several years. 7. The icemaker did not work and also believe it has been out of service for several years. I don't like to complain, but with the money we have spent over the years, I believe these are reasonable requests. We typically have 6 or 7 rooms rented with friends and family. Most of their condo's are in a lot better shape and are being updated from year to year. I would appreciate you forwarded this list to the condo owner for their thoughts and repairs. I believe this would help them satisfy their guests and provide a better vacation experience. If not, please see if you have another unit on the ground floor that does not have these issues that we can rent. Fun in the Sun!

Perfect walk-out to the pool and the sun! Very close to neighbors but you can't hear them inside the unit. Conveniently located in town. You can walk anywhere and not need a car. It was a clean unit.
