This unit is perfectly located on the 4th floor where you can park just steps from the unit's front door and avoid the elevators!!!


Be the first to relax and enjoy your stay in this beautifully appointed, professionally decorated three bedroom, four bath condo. No expense was sparred when decorating this condo, with a 55'' HD TV in the living room, a 55'' in the master, 48'' in the 2nd bedroom and 48'' plat panel wall mounted tv in the 3rd bedroom.



Upon entering you can't help but let out a sigh and let your worries go as you relax in this 2000 sq ft condo. The beach facing living room has floor to ceiling windows and breath taking views. Stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops in the kitchen and bathrooms. A wet-bar, and ice-maker will enhance any party. The large balcony has unbelievable views of the waves and beach.



The condo's master bedroom has a king bed, the 2nd bedroom has two queens, and the 3rd bedroom has a king sized bed. Also, there is a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room providing sleeping accommodations for 10.



Come enjoy our newest amenities that include a new adult pool in addition to the already wonderful and relaxing outdoor pool, lazy river and slide. Kids can enjoy the upgraded, fun and lively splash pad. The grill area has been updated to a large covered pavilion that also includes games like corn hole etc. If you don’t feel like cooking or going out to eat, you can grab a drink and a bite to eat at the on-site cafe & bar. There is a well stocked souvenir shop as well for those last minute essentials and memories to take home.



The Oasis also offers basketball courts, pickle-ball courts, tennis court and putting green. The heated indoor pool is perfect for those cooler days. Near the indoor pool you will find four hot tubs. There is a great fitness room located on the 15th floor overlooking the beach, with two more hot tubs and saunas on the floor below. You have covered parking in the garage.



For your convenience we have installed a keyless entry door lock so you and your family/friends do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay!



Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $60 per vehicle. Any 3br unit you rent at Oasis guarantees you can purchase up to two parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect the front desk to sell extra passes during the summer season.

My Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice condo and location. Although, one of the toilets didn’t flush and was leaking water. Plumber wasn’t available for a couple days, so it couldn’t be used during that time. Also, there wasn’t a blender in kitchen, so had to purchase one during our stay.

Overall, the stay was great. The unit was very clean and the photos represented the unit well. One comment- kitchen needs cooking accessories to be upgrade and added. Pots and pans, Tupperware, plastic cups and bowls would be helpful. Didn’t have a large pot to make pasta, didn’t have Tupperware to store leftover food. Overall small issue but would be helpful.

Framily Getaway

The condo was absolutely amazing. Very clean!! If you can park on the 4th floor you have the shortest walk to the condo. The rooms were decorated nicely and it was very spacious. We had 3 families with kids ranging from 6-16 and not once did we feel on top of each other. We could not find the sheets for the pull out couch and the response time was impeccable and a set was delivered for us. You cannot go wrong with this condo!

The master bedroom mattress was noisy, as was the A/C unit- sounds picky, but it woke me up every time it clicked on. In addition, 4:30 check-in time is super late, and having to pay $45 for parking is wild to me. You spend all the money on the condo but that doesn't include a parking space? Not a bad condo at all, but I don't think I'd stay here again.

Nice Place

Reviewer Comments: Enjoyed this unit (especially the couches--don't usually get that much seating or comfy seating in traditional beach condos sometimes), loved the 4th floor and the communication was great too! The unit had a few minor issues- floors could have been cleaner, found a few sunflower seeds laying around, plus one lamp wouldn't work. However, these didn't take away from the overall quality of the unit. It was nice. My largest complaint is the beach access. Too many chair and umbrella rentals force you to either rent or hike down to the far end of the beach for your own private use. It was a deterrent for me and I will reconsider a more private area for future vacations. I would however recommend this property for families with younger children

Comfortable, Quiet and Lot of Amenities

We really enjoyed how quiet and friendly the condo community is. Our kids loved that the beach was a few footsteps away and they spent countless hours swimming in the pools. Everyone at the condo was super friendly and helpful. The property manager Julia was wonderful, she helped us with anything we needed. We also spent many hours searching the beach for beautiful shells. It was a wonderful trip and great stay at Phoenix West 2.

Spacious ocean view and sounds

Facilities are good. Bring your own toilet paper, paper towels and kleenex unless 7 people use very little thin paper. If you need measuring spoons, bring your own or guess. Thank you whoever left dishwasher tabs. We enjoyed out stay. We enjoyed The Ruby Slipper, The Original Oyster House, and fresh steamed shrimp and crab legs from Lartigues Fresh Seafood Market.

Take the day to day stress away!

Just a perfect property for the family. The condo was well furnished with plenty of room for 6 adults and 3 children under the age of 4. Julia was awesome to deal with through the booking and while on property. Great location with short drives to everything. First time to the Orange Beach but not the last.

We have no complaints about the rental management company, which made everything easy. We do have some complaints about the property itself, and these issues will likely ensure that we do not return to Phoenix West II. The property has very limited cell reception, which was problematic during our stay. There are not enough elevators for all the guests. Finally, the pool was smaller than I would have hoped, and it was very cloudy/dirty for the first several days of our trip. Someone should be maintaining it daily.

Perfect week

Convenient location right on the beach, clean accommodations, kids loved the splash pad, pool, slide and lazy river. This is our second time staying at the resort and we will be back. Easy check in and out

Wonderful week at Phoenix West II

The only issue that we had a problem with was limited parking. We were told that we'd have to park one of our vehicles off site. With our planned schedule that would not work. After the first night's stay we were allowed to get an extra parking pass. I would have this confirmed before booking again. That was the only stress of the trip. Condo and location were perfect. Spent a lot of time on the balcony. WiFi was weak, but manageable. Many great memories of our stay.

Loved Fall Break 2021

I loved the amenities and the beach being so close and the parking was excellent. I don’t think anyone owns this condo and could be a little more high-end on the furniture and finishing making but overall nice condo.
