Gently lived in seasonal residence. 2 screened lanai's - 1 off front entry of the home & 1 off the living room w/ pocket sliders, gorgeous view, & lots of sunlight. 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 1st floor Dogwood open concept condo with 1 car detached garage! Heritage Palms Golf & Country Club is a bundled golf community w/ activities for all - full golf membership w/ 2 18-hole golf courses, renovated formal clubhouse w/ restaurant (indoor & outdoor seating), informal lodge/tiki bar w/ restaurant around pool & spa, resort-style pool & spa at main clubhouse, satellite pools w/ grills & bathrooms, lighted tennis courts, golf & tennis pro shops, bocce, pickleball courts, fishing pier, & fitness center.

Beautiful location

This condo met all of our needs. Great location. Beautiful, country club setting. Comfortable beds and furniture. Well equipped kitchen. WiFi and tv worked great. The owner was very helpful and quick to communicate. Renters should know that there is a mandatory amenity fee of 500 due to Heritage Palms.

Winter get-away

We have been renting for 15 years since we retired to get away from the winter in Buffalo. This is the first time we were truly disappointed in the place. While it Ed was clean, the furniture and overall appearance of the place was not what we expected. There was not one comfortable place to sit and the bedspread and towels were subpar. I immediately went out and replaced them. We usually invite our friends over for dinner but I was too embarrassed to have anyone over. The owner was easy to communicate with and she stated she was aware of the problems and that she had recently purchased the place and would be improving the state of the condo. Some day I assume it will be beautiful I just wish she had waited to rent it until that day. We left a week early.

Connecticut born and raised. Introduced to Heritage Palms through a friend whose Mom and Dad were gracious enough to share their place for many years. We finally were able to purchase and now have our home away from home and love it. You will too!

Why they chose this property

This first floor condo has plenty of privacy - back lanai has a small fresh water lake between the yard and the 17th green. The living room includes a trundle and den converted to bedroom for a total of 3 bedrooms plus.
