4 Bedroom Mountain House

This beautiful 2 story home is just 1 mile from the Towamensing Trails lake, sandy beach, swimming pool, playground and clubhouse.
It is minutes away from JFBB Ski resorts and just a short distance to many other fun attractions like, Hiking, Hickory Run State Park, Kalahari Indoor Water Park and Resort, Premium Outlets, Squirmish paintball, historic Jim Thorpe, white water rafting and the Pocono Raceway.
It is the perfect family and/or friend get away!

This house offers 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and washer/dryer. Dining room table that seats 6 and a kitchen island with 2 stools. There is a pellet stove downstairs and a wood burning fireplace upstairs, as well as electric heat throughout the house.

There is a wet-bar with seating for 4 and mini-fridge, foosball table, children's toys and many board games located in the downstairs living room. A flat screen smart TV in both living rooms.

There is a propane BBQ grill on the upstairs deck with table and seating for 6.

Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 has 1 queen bed
Bedroom 2 has a bunk bed with 2 full size beds
Bedroom 3 has 1 queen bed
Bedroom 4 has 1 queen bed
Pull out sofa located in the downstairs living room.

Guest access:
Guests will have access to the entire house except for the assigned owners closets and the shed.

Other things to note:

Guests will need to bring bath towels, bed sheets and pillow cases. The house provides comforters, pillows and extra blankets.

Bath towels and bed sheets are available to rent from a linen service for an additional cost. Please let me know in advance if you are interested.

The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, utensils, baking sheets and pots and pans.

-There are 8 guest passes for the community amenities - These passes are needed to access to clubhouse, pool and beach areas. Children under 4 do not need passes for the pool and beach.

-The pool and beach is open seasonally between Memorial day and Labor day- weather permitting.

-Amenities are run by Towamensing trails community and may periodically be serviced or temporarily closed. We are unable to guarantee all property amenities will be available throughout stays.

-2 car passes are included in the price of the home. These passes are needed to park at the public community parking lots, access to trash dump, clubhouse, pool and beach areas.

-Additional car passes can be purchased from us for an additional $5/car, there is a maximum of 4 cars allowed per stay.
We will ask for your license plate numbers 1 week prior to your stay to register the cars.
