Main floor includes the living room, dining area, kitchen and half-bath.



Guests have access to the entire townhouse and the back patio area.

Great property for a family

This is a great place to stay if you have multiple members of your family staying with you. There are two full baths, three bedrooms and a bonus 1/2 bath on the first floor...game changer! Would definately stay here again whenever we're in the area.

This property was perfect for our little GJ getaway. Easy access to the state park & monument. Plus cross country skiing on the Mesa! Close to old town for food, coffee and shopping. Very clean and had all the items we needed in the kitchen for a few meals we cooked. Would definitely recommend and stay there again!

This townhouse was perfect for our visit to Grand Junction. The property was very clean and is just as lovely in person as it is in the photos. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
