This 600sf Oceanfront 1BR Suite features:
- 1 Queen bed in the bedroom;
- Living Room with a Sofa bed (no balcony);
- DINING AREA with a table for 4;
- Fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, stove (no oven), coffee maker, toaster, and refrigerator.
- All linens, towels, bathroom essentials, kitchen utensils, plates, cookware, and glasses are provided. You don’t need to bring a thing!

THE PROPERTY

- Direct beach access from the property;

- Wearing a mask and social distancing are enforced on all guests;
- The swimming pool is open from 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM;

- The umbrella costs $15 each and it is being handled by a private company;
- The Daily housekeeping service is upon request only;
- No parking area on the property. street parking is available 6:00 PM - 8:00 AM, exceeding hours can cost $1/hour;
