The villa can easily accommodate up to 12 people, with its 4 bedrooms located on the first floor. Each has its own bathroom, with the exception of a shared washroom.

The last floor is entirely dedicated to the master suite, offering unrivalled privacy and comfort. Outside, a magnificent wooden terrace awaits you, with a relaxation area and a dining area, perfect for summer evenings.

The proximity of the villa to the port of Saint Martin is a major asset. You will be able to enjoy the lively quays, their restaurants and the famous ice cream parlour for pleasant moments with friends or family.
